You were warned multiple times that consensus must be achieved at article talk before any edits are made. You were blocked for it before. Your block expired and the first thing you did was to make edits to that article again with no talk page discussion at all.

Anna Frodesiak is lyinng, as an administrator, he is distastefully dishonest and hostilely partial, apart from being utterly incompetent (the user cannot read French).He lied about me not getting consensus, whereas in fact, I tried everything in my power to talk with the other party and Anna Frodesiak, which you can see ON https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Pantheon-Sorbonne_University#Discussion_about_disputed_April_29_to_May_2,_2018_edits . I was frustrated to be ignore SYSTEMATICALLY. This kind of incompetency, dishonesty and vengeful blocking administrative behavior
