Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Second Doctor has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 00:29, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for persistently making disruptive edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  -- ferret (talk) 00:33, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Block Appeal

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Hi i'd just like to say I'm sorry for my disruptive editing. I understand how annoying my editing has been. Instead of editing pages in one sitting and then publishing them it's always - edit, publish, edit, publish all the time and I'm really sorry about that. In the future when I edit I'll make sure to make edits in one go for each page and then after publishing them wait a good amount of time so my editing seems less annoying as it will be happening less frequently in short time spans. When I make edits I'll also say what they consist of so other editors can get a better understanding of why I'm updating said page. :) Euanperrin17 (talk) 00:56, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

This appeal was from your previous block, which has since expired. You have repeated the same conduct and were reblocked. The next request needs to address the fact that you've been blocked twice. MER-C 18:39, 22 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi sorry to bother you with another response but in the response I just sent you I forgot to put the word "that" after "about". I'm sure you know what I was trying to say in the sentence though. :) Euanperrin17 (talk) 01:01, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may edit your unblock request at any time, including to fix errors. You also only need one open unblock request, subsequent comments should be standard, unformatted comments. 331dot (talk) 08:18, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
Editing frequently is not the main issue with your edits. The main issues are edit warring and improper(or even no) sourcing, as well as copyright violations. 331dot (talk) 08:19, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Page moves & CSD tags

edit

Hello, Euanperrin17.

You are still a new user so please do not move any pages or tag pages for speedy deletion. You are still learning and some of your edits have caused problems that had to be undone. Read WP:CSD for more guidance on the speedy deletion process. Liz Read! Talk! 21:42, 26 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at Talk:Super Mario, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
