Errors in deleting orphaned fair use files

Yesterday, I went through all the files in Category:Orphaned non-free use Wikipedia files as of 21 June 2024, to see if any were worth saving and ran out of time. I was going to come back to them today, when I noticed that several of them were already deleted. I believe you made some errors in your deletion of orphaned fair use files yesterday. File:Ogo Bodhu Shundori.jpg was in use in Ogo Bodhu Shundori at the time of its deletion, here is where the file was added back six hours before its deletion, [1] and here is where ImageRemovalBot removed the file after you deleted it, [2]. Several other files were deleted with being tagged for less than seven days. All of these files were tagged on the June 21 and were in Category:Orphaned non-free use Wikipedia files as of 21 June 2024 and were deleted after June 26 instead of June 28: File:Bagh Bondi Khela poster.jpg, File:FelixLeiterCoverArt.jpg, File:Vanathai Pola serial.jpg and File:You Walk Alone.jpg. Techinically, page is now eligible for speedy deletion per WP:F2, but I figured I let you know about it before tagging it just in case you want to restore the file and let it be discussed at FFD instead. First of all, the source information and license don't seem correct given that the file appears to be a duplicate of File:Anto Lecky at the movie premiere of 'Dear Affy' in 2020.jpg that was being used in ig:Anto Lecky. Secondly, I tagged the Commons for with "npd" because it seems really unlikely that the uploader is also the copyright holder; I did this not just because of the similarity of the uploader's name and the photo subject's name but also because of this. It is disputed whether this file violates our non-free content criteria. The reason given is: I looked online but the only other photos of her that I could find were on sale from Getty Images and Alamy. The photo that I used was taken directly from her own website where she is promoting her works. I would consider contacting the artist or her representatives to request copyright permission, however given that there appear to be no other free images of her available I would instead further the view that this image is not replaceable Closing administrator: if the decision is to Keep the file please put {{Old replaceable non-free use}} on the file description page. If the decision is to Delete please archive the discussion on the talk page between {{subst:Archive top}} and {{subst:Archive bottom}} and delete the file page.
