- Welcome!
Hello, Fabianobrist, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for helping us build a great free encyclopedia. We have five basic principles, but other than that, we advise that you be bold and edit. If you ever have any questions or need help, feel free to leave a message at the help desk, and other Wikipedia editors will be happy to assist you.
Thanks again and congratulations on becoming a Wikipedian!
P.S. New discussion threads for you will appear at the bottom of this page.
This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Cubitá Tours, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.linkedin.com/company/cubit-tours.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) MadmanBot (talk) 15:51, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Cubitá Tours
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Cubitá Tours requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.linkedin.com/company/cubit-tours. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - There is no evidence that permission to use this material was granted; in addition, you can't simply copy such a source and not expect it to be deleted immediately as spam, since that's what it is: irredeemably promotional. Drmies (talk) 19:28, 3 January 2014 (UTC)

Request reason:
I tried to set up a short article about our company - however, after reading Wikipedia's blocking and spamming policies I understand, that the language used in my article was too sales and advertisement oriented. Even though I've been using wikipedia for a long time, I've never actually written articles until now and didn't familiarize myself enough with the policies before writing. I kindly request you to unblock me and I will rewrite the article in a neutral point of view as stated under the point 'Advertisements masquerading as articles' about Spam
Decline reason:
The reason for your block is not just because the language was "too sales". You were blocked for promoting business interests. Wikipedia requires third party independent reliable sources to support it's material. Using a primary source to advertise the update and opening of a new business is a giant no-no. If you want to be unblocked, you need to assure us that you will no longer promote this business on Wikipedia. v/r - TP 07:42, 5 January 2014 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I wasn't going to block until I ran into this edit (and then that subpage, on Panama Trails). Do you understand what the problem is with such an edit? The next admin might be interested in your answer. Thank you, Drmies (talk) 21:18, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
