User:DGG, the sources I used look impeccable. I added another to satisfy your request. FloridaArmy (talk) 13:10, 28 January 2021 (UTC)
I'm trying to help. To help you, but also to help WP get the articles on people and films that I think we need to include. I personally will generally accept any of your articles that I think is reasonably sourced (or ,sometimes, that I source better myself), but to get others to accept them rather than decline them and make work for me later, I think the goal for. Reconstruction politicians is to have at least one official source for their position (and to link to our article on that position so they don't miss seeing it), and one modern book if available that actually mentions the person not just the general topic, and at least one other source even if it is a website. For film people , the more sources the better, including one recent book that at least mentions the person. Most of the problem ones I see are from earlier -- I'm now doing AfCs that were last worked on in July 2020, soon moving to August; the recent ones seem mostly OK. I eventually hope to go back to the older ones. (And I know that at least one very good reviewer is for some reason G13-deleting any I do not get to, and it is enormously more work retrieving them after they've been deleted. )
Another reminder: for references to books, please do not just link the google scholar url; fill in as many of the fields in cite books as possible. I will not decline a draft for this usually, but I do know some other people will. And this is something which I do not have the time to help you with routinely. I need to use the time to help the people who do not yet understand at all. (And for books people publish, Add the publisher -- the best sources is worldcat. Thatan academic has published books with major academic publishers is in practice one of thecriteria for notability .
Qy--why are you making articles in mainspace and then moving them to draft instead of simply making them in draft? DGG ( talk ) 15:04, 28 January 2021 (UTC)

Thanks User:KylieTastic. Would it be possible to get This photograph of 1893 Arkansas legislators uploaded? Cropped closeups would also be good. I am going to work on biographies of the lat 4 pictures 106 - 109 I believe. FloridaArmy (talk) 16:08, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
User:KylieTastic Isn't the image from 1893 public domain? Here is the 1891 composite image of Arkansas House members Here. FloridaArmy (talk) 16:51, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
  • As there is no indication of publication the normal 95 years rule cant be used, and it's under the 190 years that guarantees PD. It could be claimed that the true author is unknown and it's over the 120 years for c:Template:PD-old-assumed. I don;t have enough knowledge to judge if this would be acceptable over on commons. KylieTastic (talk) 09:43, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
Okay. I assumed the publication date was when the photos were produced. FloridaArmy (talk) 12:56, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
  • "publication" is another one of the legal terms... To quote: "Publication" is the distribution of copies or phonorecords of a work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending. The offering to distribute copies or phonorecords to a group of persons for purposes of further distribution, public performance, or public display, constitutes publication. A public performance or display of a work does not of itself constitute publication. - I do wish other states were as easy to use as Florida Memory is. I know I've seen those types of composite image published in old newspapers, so it probably was "published". KylieTastic (talk) 13:32, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
