Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. NmWTfs85lXusaybq (talk) 00:52, 27 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please further clarify on what is considered moving a page disruptively. Formyparty (talk) 00:58, 27 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Maybe a caution is enough for this. But you did move NTT to NTT (disambigation) when NTT (disambiguation) holds the move. NmWTfs85lXusaybq (talk) 02:42, 27 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Kline. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Los Angeles FC—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks.   Please do not add or change content, as you did at French Open, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 00:15, 14 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia. Please stop all this disruptive editing. Govvy (talk) 09:34, 4 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

please elaborate further on why you think my edits are vandalism/disruptive editing, thanks Formyparty (talk) 18:02, 5 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in X (social network), disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. per MOS:BOLDLINK, links in the first sentence of the lead should not be bolded. Neo Purgatorio (talk) 22:41, 13 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Caixa Econômica Federal. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 04:50, 24 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at AC Milan. Angelo (talk) 22:10, 24 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 36 hours for persistently making disruptive edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Ad Orientem (talk) 04:07, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

July 2024

edit

Hello. In your revision to Philippine-American War, why did you make a major change to the lead sentence of the article and then mark it as a minor change? Furthermore, you did not include an edit summary offering a reason for the edit. Please do not do that again. You are invited to talk about any contentious changes you believe are warranted. Thank you. Chino-Catane (talk) 18:15, 4 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Email. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Angelo (talk) 16:46, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Yeah I don't understand how that's an unconstructive edit. Formyparty (talk) 16:50, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
It is, because you're doing changes that go against the current status quo on all similar articles, where a certain kind of manual of style is followed. The very fact it got reverted, and similar changes of yours on other articles as well, should be quite telling in fact. And even more so because you are not supposed to keep pushing your changing repeatedly, per WP:CONSENSUS. If you disagree with the current way the article is made, feel free to propose your changes on the related article talk page instead; otherwise, as you have already been blocked before for similar behaviour, you might very well end up on a longer ban, as that would easily be deemed as disruptive behaviour. Regards, Angelo (talk) 21:01, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Montreal Canadiens, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop pushing your changes without a proper consensus, or you might face another block. Regards, Angelo (talk) 08:34, 15 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing from certain pages (Montreal Canadiens) for a period of 1 week for disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Isabelle Belato 🏳‍🌈 12:28, 15 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Email. You have been repeatedly warned not to push your changes without a consensus forcibly, yet you have failed to do so consistently. Talk pages are explicitly meant to discuss changes other users have challenged, and you are strongly encouraged to use them to start a conversation in such cases. This is a final warning: any other repeated attempt at forcibly pushing your changes, regardless of other users' reverts, will lead to a longer block on your account. Angelo (talk) 08:07, 18 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you assume ownership of articles, as you did at European Portuguese. You have already reverted on your article lead changes multiple times, yet you keep forcing your changes, nonetheless, despite not having a clear consensus on them. This is a kind of behaviour that goes against Wikipedia guidelines and rules (WP:CONSENSUS and more) and you have been repeatedly warned in the past about not repeating it. This is a final warning; any further behaviour in this pattern, and I will have to consider enforcing a longer block on your account. Regards, Angelo (talk) 14:24, 29 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

It was one revert, that's not WP:OWN Formyparty (talk) 16:25, 29 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
You did one more revert on July 17 already, so yes, it is WP:OWN. And it is a kind of pattern you have repeated on multiple articles already. I hope you understand this is not good practice and it will lead to a longer block if repeated. Angelo (talk) 20:57, 29 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

edit

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
