Mel Carnahan

Hi FountofInterestingInfo, regarding your comments at REQ [1], I have checked only one source. I've also marked the article with {{Lede too short}} because I think the lede could be expanded to more-fully summarize the article. Anyway, good luck with your planned GA nom. DYK for Mel Carnahan

edit

On 25 June 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Mel Carnahan, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Mel Carnahan (pictured) was the first person to be elected to the United States Senate posthumously? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Mel Carnahan. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Mel Carnahan), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
