editPlease do not add yourself or your friends to articles. Thanks. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 22:13, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Sorry. My brother did that. --Generalcp702 22:17, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Images
editPlease do not re-upload commons images to Wikipedia from the Wikimedia Commons, such as Image:Chicago police.jpg. That is not necessary. Instead, just copy the image name from the commons and paste it into the Wikipedia article as you would any other image on Wikipedia. Also, please upload the maximum possible resolution of the image. Thanks. --tomf688{talk} 02:40, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
Oh. I didn't know I could do that. Generalcp702 23:56, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
Kilogram
editHi Generalcp702! On the kilogram page, you changed the change in mass in Kg of all masses from gaining a microgram to losing a microgram. If the standard gets lighter, that means that everything, in reference to the standard, gets heavier. I took out the entire section because it seems confusing, tangential, and not helpful in understanding. However, I wanted to make sure you didn't feel affronted by the sudden dissappearance of an edit of of yours, and I wanted to make sure you understand why the page was correct before you changed it. Enuja 02:06, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
Oh. I thought it ment the mass of the standard relative to its mass 100 years ago. Thanks for explaining on my talk page to help me understand. Generalcp702 02:21, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
USAF
editI don't believe that the United States Department of the Air Force and United States Air Force are two separate things. According to their respective articles, the entities were formed by the same legislation, have identical seals, and are headed by exactly the same person (office - the Secretary of the Air Force) - in short, appear to be exactly the same except for the name. If you have any proof that in fact these two entities are really different, I would appreciate your bringing it to my attention; otherwise, may I suggest that you put my redirect back in place? -- John Broughton (☎☎) 19:04, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
Flower of Life

Thank You --Teknomegisto 01:38, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. "Cop(police)" listed at Redirects for discussion
editAn editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Cop(police). Since you had some involvement with the Cop(police) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you wish to do so. gnu57 21:44, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
Your signature and linter errors
editJust a reminder that your signature contains obsolete font tags. They create Linter errors, and it is advised that you change your signature to <span style="color:#0000CC;">'''Generalcp702'''[[User:Generalcp702|''user'']] [[User Talk:Generalcp702|''talk'']]</span>
ASAP.
The purpose of this message is because Linter errors affect the way the page looks, and with a lot of errors, the page may render badly. To reduce Linter errors, please change your signature. Sheep (talk) 22:23, 10 September 2022 (UTC)
