Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary for your edits. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you.
Links
editHi Gestur. I see you've been doing a lot of editing on many Troubles-related articles which I have on my watchlist. It's not necessary to provide more than one link to a person, thing or event. Another thing, there is no need to write out the full name of paramilitary organisations each time they're mentioned; just the initials will suffice after the first time the name is linked such as IRA for Provisional Irish Republican Army. Thanks.--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 15:50, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you for specifying the IRA's Internal Security Unit in the Tommy Lyttle article. Cheers!--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 15:55, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Sound. No bother! Gestur (talk) 18:11, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
