editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:Ghadamakhouls requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. editHello Ghadamakhouls. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Ghadamakhouls. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Ghadamakhouls|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. S0091 (talk) 22:31, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
- It is clear you have an affiliation with James Cuthbert that needs to be disclosed. What is your affiliation with Freshup666? S0091 (talk) 22:35, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
- I'm sorry for this mistake. Yes James Cuthbert is one of my client who paid me for Wikipedia Page creation and I did that. Also Freshup666 was my another client's editor who inputted wrong articles about an Institute. The clients asked me to remove the page anyhow. So, I was trying to delete the article and reupload it on Wikipedia. I can provide any kind of proof for that. If it's going wrong then I'm sorry for that. I forgotten Wikipedia's TOS.
- Regards

- Thanks for the response, Ghadamakhouls. When you say "another client's editor" in reference to Freshup666, are the both of you working for a company or is it your company? Either way, what is the company? S0091 (talk) 23:00, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
- It's an business school in "Kolkata, India". So, basically from the beginning I wasn't involved on this project Freshup666 was the first editor on this article but the clients realized that he did wrong and then the client massage me through marketplace and we had a meetings on "WhatsApp" and explain me everything. Then he told me to if can delete the article and resubmission it on Wikipedia. But, unfortunately I was forgotten about the Terms and Condition of Wikipedia. That was my big mistake and I'm realizing now that what I've done!
- I've an question about James Cuthbert. If you don't mind but to be honestly I'm asking you that how long it will stay on Draft I mean this article already declined my your authority or still pending in review?
- Regard Ghadamakhouls (talk) 23:09, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
- Apologies for the ongoing questions but I am just trying to understand. When you say this is a school, are you are student? Is this is an assignment and the client is paying the school? Please provide some additional details. S0091 (talk) 23:41, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry for the confusion. I'm not a student. The client who asked me to delete the article and resubmit it, actually he was from the Institute Authority. The Institute name is "Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management - EIILM". We had an meeting , even I told him to only Freshup666 able to delete this article but Freshup666 didn't done it from his own. That's why I make this mistake. Ghadamakhouls (talk) 23:50, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
- Ok, I see. My question is who do you work for, Ghadamakhouls? I am assuming Freshup666 works (or worked) for the same company/business. Meaning, who are the clients directly paying for this service and who is paying you? In the interim, please make the appropriate paid declaration on your User page.S0091 (talk) 00:04, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- Yes completely understood and thank you so much
- But I asked you a question before about James Cuthbert Ghadamakhouls (talk) 00:24, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- You have not answered my questions yet, Ghadamakhouls. S0091 (talk) 00:29, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry, Actually I can work for everyone coz I'm related to affiliation. Freshup666 and me didn't worked for the same company. The company owner employee hired Freshup666 before and then he hired me. If I want to make the appropriate paid declaration on my user page then what should I write? I mean the client don't have any details on Wikipedia. Ghadamakhouls (talk) 00:40, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- So you are a Freelancer if I understand and you have no affiliation to Freshpup666. Both Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management and James Cuthbert are your clients. Is that correct? S0091 (talk) 00:50, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- Yes sir Ghadamakhouls (talk) 00:51, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks Ghadamakhouls. You do need to read thoroughly paid which has instructions on how to declare (along with the notice I initially left you). The key to being able to create Wikipedia articles successfully is reading all the pertinent policies and guidelines. No one is going to hold your hand through the process so you must learn on your own, as do all the Wikipedia volunteers like myself who are not paid. - Hello there,
- Hope you're doing well. I saw the article was already declined by you which one edited by Freshup666 and the Institute name is "Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management". I want to ask you a question that can I re-write an article about the Institute coz the Institute Authority wants to publish their articles again. Also they tried to contact with Freshup666 but he's is unable to delete the articles/he don't know how to delete the draft. So, may I create a new draft related on the Institute or edit current draft and resubmit it for review?
- I can directly provide any information about Freshup666 and the client and it will be an Paid to Edit draft.
- Regards Ghadamakhouls (talk) 10:34, 11 July 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, you can rewrite it. Freshup666 cannot do anything here as they are blocked because they did not declare their paid editing status which is something you formally need to do by placing the paid editing template on your User page using the template above in the original notice I gave you. You also need to read and understand WP:NCORP. If the organization cannot meet the notability and sourcing guidelines, no amount of editing will lead to the article being accepted. 20:39, 16 July 2022 (UTC) S0091 (talk) 20:39, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you so much. After many days later I got your respond. Yes I'm sorry. I forgot to put Paid editing template/tag on my last edited article "James Cuthbert" Ghadamakhouls (talk) 20:42, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
- I got your answer and yes I will talk with the Institute authority to make their sources notably Ghadamakhouls (talk) 20:43, 16 July 2022 (UTC)

Request reason:
Suddenly I got a notification that I've been blocked from editing because your account is being used only for advertising or promotion. So, the first article I created was (Draft:James Cuthbert). Again I got another reason that in my Ip address, there are multiple users and other users already blocked from editing(it doesn't matter for me). But where I lived, there was only 1 Internet Service Provider, and he provided us shared Ip. He is only the one person who provides the internet with shared IP. So, here I can't do anything. The article (Draft:James Cuthbert) I made for the first time I disclosed because to avoid bans. I apologize that the first draft looks like an advertisement. Also, I asked for suggestions for this form user:S0091.He said to me that I should keep that draft and not remove it before review. So in that case what should I need to do?
Decline reason:
Confirmed to DavidBasser. The technical evidence does not support two people coincidentally sharing a single IP address. Yamla (talk) 11:31, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. Request reason:
Not only this DavidBasser. The internet provider have more than 1000+ customers and all customers used same IP. We lived in a place where another reliable ISP couldn't start their service.
Decline reason:
You have not dealt with your promotional editing. Please describe how your edits merited a block, what you would do instead, and what constructive edits you'd make to help build the world's largest free-content encyclopedia. You have not dispelled the spectre of sock puppetry emanating from Yamla's decline.-- Deepfriedokra (talk) 12:08, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
