This image is being used by a draft article which currently has been submitted for review. The image is the logo of the subject of the article, is the only image attached to that article, and there is no replacement which could be used. Does this message mean that images can only ever be added to an article after it has been approved? Hallowed tallow (talk) 17:34, 13 September 2023 (UTC)
