Thanks Woz2. The Smith reference does include it, but I had linked only the first page of the multi-page story. In any case, I see your point, and I've removed it. Anyways, there are also a few other changes that I'd like to make to this draft, so I have removed the request edit template for now and would ask other editors to wait before they review the article.
