See the above page for policy (and examples!) on how to do citations for different kinds of articles. The basic recommendation is to follow the established conventions for the article's topic. -Fsotrain09 02:17, 20 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

RE:Question

edit

Ben, One of the sites that I put up "High Council of B'nei Noah" can only be found if you type it in as High Council of B'nei Noah, however another article I've written "B'nei Noah" comes up whichever way I type it in. How can I fix this problem?

Thanks

Hanoahide

Hi there, well, I have added a redirect so that if you type it all in in lower case, it comes up with it. The problem here was that it was a long title, so the search engine for wikipedia might not direct you straight to the article, so when you make articles like that, it might be a good idea to add redirects for common spelling mistakes. For more on how to create redirects see this. If I haven't answered your question(!), then please feel free to retort and I will attempt to offer more explaination! - also it might not be a good idea to lay out an article in question and answer form, see Wikipedia:Guide to layout for more information on this. I will add the template {{wikify}} to it as well. Another thing, to make it easier and look better when you are writing messages, sign your messages with ~~~~. Thanks. Tips

edit

You've started some good articles. However, I would like to remind you of two Wikipedia stylistic conventions. Main headers are actually second-class headers (i.e., ==Heading==); the ones with one equal sign on each side shouldn't really be used under any circumstances. In addition, on Wikipedia punctuation only goes inside quotes if it logically belongs there: "one", "two", "three", for example. This is the British usage, but Wikipedia still uses the American double quotes. —Wereon 19:11, 30 June 2006 (UTC) P.S. - I have left a reply to you on my talk page.Reply
