Proposed deletion of How to reset windows admin password if you have forgotten windows password

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article How to reset windows admin password if you have forgotten windows password, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Par WP:NOTHOWTO. I assume our sister project Wikihow would be a better place for this :)
