Autopatrolled granted
Hi Hatchens, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. However, you should consider adding relevant wikiproject talk-page templates, stub-tags and categories to new articles that you create if you aren't already in the habit of doing so, since your articles will no longer be systematically checked by other editors (User:Evad37/rater and User:SD0001/StubSorter.js are useful scripts which can help). Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Beeblebrox (talk) 23:12, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you Beeblebrox for granting me the autopatrolled rights which will be strictly directed towards NPP reviewing. My drafts will always go through AfC reviewing route. In short, my wiki permissions/rights will not be used for my own work. - Hatchens (talk) 01:13, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
Disruptive editing
Thanks for message re User:ArkaRana. Not, on the whole, blatant vandalism, but clearly pushing an agenda regardless of our rules. Blocked for a month, so at least he should realise we mean what we say Jimfbleak - talk to me? 14:16, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you, Jimfbleak. He/she will not realize a thing. These are all fly-by-night SPAs from South Asia. Because of them, sometimes it becomes very hard to distinguish between genuine articles and promo ones (...originating from that particular region). - Hatchens (talk) 15:58, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
- I don't know if you were aware of Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Edit_warring#User:ArkaRana_reported_by_User:GreaterPonce665_(Result:_Blocked)? i only found out from the final ping, I would have let it run if I'd known. Anyway, they can be reblocked if they re-offend later Jimfbleak - talk to me? 09:13, 11 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Jimfbleak, There is a pattern in the edits (and the moves). The user was engaged with only those entities who belong to this particular political party; Trinamool Congress (which recently won a state election in India). Even if these entities qualify via WP:NPOL route... in the near future, then reviewers like us need to perform due diligence or take experts' help from admins like you or people from WP:INDIA. For the time being, you have taken an apt decision and I support it. - Hatchens (talk) 09:30, 11 May 2021 (UTC)

- Useful behavioural evidence will suffice. CU is not always required. I often suggest that CU should be at the SPI clerks discretion FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 16:28, 11 May 2021 (UTC)

Review of [Draft:Bahrain Economic Development Board]
Hi Hatchens, I spoke to another editor at the IRC and he found the [Draft:Bahrain Economic Development Board] to be 'not unambiguously promotional' and the subject to be notable. I've left a message for you at the talk page. I would really appreciate if you could point out which parts of the draft seem promotional to you, so I can fix it accordingly. Thank you. About our friend's nominations and calling well written sources as self-published
Hey Hatchens, I noticed the great analysis you did at Simplilearn (I might use that template myself in future. My imitation only mean flattery). But I was also disappointed to see the nominators blatant remarks calling well written sources by in house staff writers as self-published. They had left similar remarks on one of the pages I accepted. It is disappointing to see that they are not willing to understand the policies and have their own rigid view of it. The nature of nominating without understanding policy was also noticed by me when they had nominated Mini Shaji Thomas. I honestly see this as desruptive behaviour. Is there something that could be done about it? Or we should prepare ourselves to waste time in defending clearly notable articles; time that could be invested in better things! Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 05:20, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- Nomadicghumakkad, Thank you for the kind words and I myself learned such comparative analysis from Timtrent who shared this template with me a year ago (I guess). So, please do feel free to apply it in your future AfD discussions or page talks. As of now, I'm following this user (and its editing history). Of course, the behavior is quite disruptive. But, we as tenured editor(s)... can only help such users by engaging them in rule-based discussions (without keeping any biased feelings). If their intent is good, then definitely they will learn (or they might teach something new to us). But, we have to figure this out quickly, or else as you have rightly said... we would end up wasting time in "defending clearly notable articles". - Hatchens (talk) 05:32, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Nomadicghumakkad I have some referencing concerns. Seeing what can only be self created profiles for organisation membership and seeing what have the feel of PR pieces despite being written by names authors set my alarms bells ringing. But checking Wikipedia:NACADEMICS showed me that Thomas is notable. She deserves better referencing because some of what is present are WP:PRIMARY. That does not prevent our keeping the article, but it does mean it needs to be flagged to have the references worked upon.
- @Hatchens Thanks for the kind words. I am making no comment on the relevant editor's track record, save that it is an unusual nomination in what appears to be an insubstantial editing time here FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 06:41, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

- @Nomadicghumakkad I've tagged the article with a need to enhance the references. I expect it to be kept, but going the extra mile on the references will help its future prospects. I've left a commentary on its talk page. FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 10:06, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

- Hey FiddleTimtrent, thanks for tagging. I absolutely agree it can use more sources. The reason I created it because I felt we don't have enough Indian heads of such reputed universities on Wikipedia and they deserve to be here. The fact that they should have more references is absolutely valid. That being said, it is unlikely for media to report on them unless there are some unlikely or unexpected events happening at the university (which will also have them only in passing mention or taking their stand). I didn't understand your point on unusual nomination though. Why so? Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 12:10, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Nomadicghumakkad the deletion nomination appears to me to be outside the nominating editor's general contributions, and making such a nomination in their relatively short career here is, well, unusual.
- It's not more sources I seek, but replacement of the less useful sources with better sources. If that means removing some facts that are no longer sourced then that is fine
- I applaud your motivation. You might find this essay useful with a process for writing new articles. It's not rocket science, just good old hard work. The main thrust is to start by researching all the sources one can. FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 12:22, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

- Thanks FiddleTimtrent! I will read this essay in detail and try to do better. Well yes, the editing pattern is unusual. There is a use of lot of scripts that seem very advanced. I mean I haven't had the courage to play with draftify script yet and still with basics like Twinkle, Hotcat and short desc but they are using that and others with ease. But, we will assume good faith here and I will choose to believe that they learnt it superfast and might have a coding background. Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 12:29, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

Requesting an Expert Audit
After witnessing the indefinite block (Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Revocation_of_CommanderWaterford's_permissions) of CommanderWaterford. I would like to put up a voluntary request with Timtrent and DGG for auditing the mainspace articles created by me (till date). In case, if there is any violation of rights or whatsoever, then please do advise. -Hatchens (talk) 08:49, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
- Your request is interesting, but is, I think, not necessary. CW was called out over creating, reviewing, accepting articles with copyright violations, and that would have been the end of it had he stood tall and said "Oops. Sorry." and meant it (0.85 probability). What he did instead was to bluster, accuse, counter accuse, and grandstand. This was a great pity because it caused the reinstatement of his prior indeff block. He wil not acknowledge it, but he chose his block by his actions.
- You will know whether you articles have grievous faults, and I know you have the backbone to admit it and to learn from it if ever called out over it. Good editors do that. I do when I make an error. Thus I can be criticised for the error, but not for repeating it. An example of mine is c:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Zivan Vulic.jpeg. I made an error, was called out on it, put my hand up to it, and I am certain all parties are content.
- Thus I believe that your work does not require an audit, principally because you have asked for one!
- It is not our mistakes that get us blocked, it is how we comport ourselves when a mistake is discovered. I will give you a full guarantee that every editor, perhaps especially the most experienced, makes mistakes. Experienced editors always know that the community is larger than they are and behave with true humility to consensus. FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 15:38, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
- Timtrent, thank you for providing an excellent analogy. You do remember, last year... how I got carried away during BlueFocus Communication Group's ANI discussion and made some stupid comments at ImperfectlyInformed. Thanks to you for guiding me through. - We all make our most naïve errors early on. Later, if we are foolish, we make our largest, and often final errors here. The trick is to learn how to handle one's self.
- own up to errors
- understand the error
- make them once only
- apologise while meaning it
- if one needs to argue one's ground, do it once and well
- accept the will of the community
- Here endeth the tutorial for maintaining an active and useful presence in a decent hobby FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 15:13, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
- There are some parallels with real life office work, here. Though admitting one's errors in an office can prove career limiting! FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 15:27, 23 May 2021 (UTC)

I'm in agreement with Timtrent. ─ The Aafī on Mobile (talk) 19:34, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
- AafiOnMobile, lately many of our copatriots with good wiki editing skills like CommanderWaterford and Kashmorwiki are blocked. And, if you had noticed, we are a new crop of "lockdown editors" who came into existence in the last 1 year. I'm not/will not advocate on their behalf, but somewhere/somehow we need to consider the humans operating behind these IDs and the level of mental stress they are enduring. For many of them (lockdown editors), editing the wiki is solace in this time of distress, and for some, it's an important way to contribute back to the world by creating timely, fact-checked articles like 2021 Uttarakhand flood (Created by Kashmorwiki). But as Timtrent has rightly said, "It is not our mistakes that get us blocked, it is how we comport ourselves when a mistake is discovered."... and this can be only avoided when seniors can guide the noobs from time to time and when noobs like me can volunteer for an self-audit. Reciprocation is must. - Hatchens (talk) 12:33, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens, True. I remember "Abdul Hai Arifi advising his two young students Muhammad Taqi Usmani and Muhammad Rafi Usmani to cease lecturing for a period of approximately ten years". That's true. Had I not followed the advises of experienced editors, I would have still been creating "hagiographies" and none of my articles would've featured in the WP:ITN. Following the advises of elders makes us great one day. ─ The Aafī (talk) 13:35, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
- I have a slightly different take on this. The quality of his NPP and AFC wok was so erratic, that I think it was appropriate for these permissions to be removed. He had attracted my notice, and I was preparing to say something about it, but other editors got there first. It is reasonable for you to ask whether perhaps any of your articles that he had approved were so weak that they might be successfully challenged at AfD I've taken a preliminary look at your new articles. You have been making a number of rather minimal stubs, but they all meet the requirements for such stubs, as they all have a good reference for the quality that makes for notability. I think you might want to do a little further work on most of them, because there are editors who challenge such stubs--they normally do not succeed, but you presumably want your work to be not even challenged.
- It is also reasonable for you to ask whether the drafts that you have been reviewing have been reviewed optimally. I've been asked this before, and I've always taken at least a brief look to see if I can offer some advice. I haven't gone all the way back, but I do see some instances where I would have decided differently or commented differently (in at least one, your view agrees with TimTrent , so your view is supportable, but I disagree with you both. Draft:George Blumenthal (businessman)Draft:Ken Baker (author) James Crabtree . I consider them all either demonstrably OK or at least promising. Detail will follow over the next week, if I get to them this soon. Some of it is a general disagreement of how to deal with promotional articles on important subjects-if I think they are very important for an encyclopedia and have any chance of meeting our standards, I try to rescue them. DGG ( talk ) 22:59, 25 May 2021 (UTC)
- Dear DGG, Thank you so much for this candid assessment of my work to date. Based on that, I have decided to do the following activities from my end;
- 1. w.r.t; OPTIMAL REVIEWING (Ref: Draft:George Blumenthal (businessman), Draft:Ken Baker (author) and James Crabtree): For the next 15 days, I will refrain from performing any NPP/AFC and just focus on my basics. During this period, I will put my views as "comments" or if I have any doubt; I will raise questions (at the talk pages of these drafts) and tag you and Timtrent for gaining much better clarity. Most importantly, I would like to learn how to differentiate between journalism and churnalism... especially when the sources are originating as per the approved WP:RSP list. The classic case is Simplilearn's AfD discussion.
- 2. w.r.t; NEW ARTICLES; I will try to explore beyond NRHP entities and focus more on delivering a bit larger than stub drafts for AfC review.
- As far as CommanderWaterford case is concerned; I would like to put forward a simple suggestion; Non-admin editors like us should have rights like AP, NP, AFC, Ro for a stipulated period like for 2 months, 6 months, or a year. Once that period gets over, we all should opt for reassessment via "Request for Permission" because
- "Fear is the mother of morality" - a quote by Friedrich Nietzsche. - Hatchens (talk) 03:40, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- Both good ideas:
- I personally and some other experienced reviewers are now increasingly placing comments instead of reviews, when we unsure about the conclusions or want someone else to look at it also, or want to point out something without doing a full analysis. I think I now do it more than half the time.
- I think AfC already sometimes uses trainee permissions--since it is not a formal userright but rather controlled by permission to use the macro, it's easy to be flexible. It would make sense to do this for NPP (etc) also, but that would need formal discussions. DGG ( talk ) 04:16, 26 May 2021 (UTC)

Dear Thanks for your comment on the draft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Sandeep_Kumar_Mishra for the neutrality. Please check the list of notable works which are reliable, secondary and independent. The main thing about them is that these sources have Wikipedia pages published about them. That makes it clear that the sources are notable. Please also check photos and first paragraph.I have made necessary adjustments in lines for neutrality with Wikipedia standard. The article on notability ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(people)) says that "People are presumed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published, secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject.People who meet the basic criteria may be considered notable without meeting the additional criteria " I have added a list of notable sources. So all other links in the article are additional--Workhardalltime (talk) 08:50, 7 June 2021 (UTC)

Vikas Oberoi
I am really frustrated, when i was editing and was adding more info to the new article, u cam in between and added it for deletion, atleast let me complete to edit, without even letting it complete you just came and flagged it for deletion and when i went to publish it something called *Conflict* came it between and i lost all of my info. It is happening with me 3rd time and I am really frustrated, wikipedians like you come in between without even letting it to complete, flag for deletion and all the hard work of the editor gets wasted, and I can't even report you smh. :(. You wasted my hard work of literally 1 hour. Badassboy 63637 (talk) 11:17, 9 June 2021 (UTC)

Bluebell Group Article Review
Hi Hatchens, I hope you are well. I am checking in on the review for the Bluebell Group page that you helped resubmit on 24 February. I couldn't find the article in the list of articles for review, though it does show up as "undated" in the Hong Kong project page. Do you know if it's just a matter of waiting longer, or if I may need to resubmit somehow with a date - or seek help from other project pages? Thanks in advance! Resubmitting Draft:Nicolas_Aguzin for review
Hi Hatchens, Thanks for your comments on my draft on Nicolas Aguzin https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Nicolas_Aguzin I have made necessary adjustments in lines with Wikipedia standard and I agree that it was like a resume before. Hi Hatchens, Thanks for your review of the draft on Vasant more https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Vasant_More . Suggestions and Review Request for Draft:Dhanraj Nathwani
Hi Hatchens, I hope you are doing well. I have tried to create the article on Draft:Dhanraj Nathwani but it gets under review since long after multiple edits and re-submission. Currently, it is under review since long time and I am not able to get any response from current editor/admin TheAafi. I request you to review the stated article and let me know is it good to got published on Wikipedia. I have tried to make it well-referenced as well as worked on tone of the article. Thanks in advance. Awaiting your response. હમઝા ઘાંચી (Talk) 05:57, 10 June 2021 (UTC)
- હમઝા ઘાંચી, thank you for reaching out. Since, I'm not able to deduce the notability of this particular person. I'm going to take some time. p.s: TheAafi... Would you care to have a look at this draft? - Hatchens (talk) 02:17, 11 June 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens, The user also left some messages on my talk page but I couldn't reply because I'm preparing for the semester exams just starting from tomorrow. I don't understand if the subject is notable but the whole case depends on
Group President at Reliance Industries & vice president of the Gujarat Cricket Association
— but this serves no help. So I'd decline it. There is no other assertion of notability and the coverage is routine. ─ The Aafī on Mobile (talk) 02:24, 11 June 2021 (UTC)- AafiOnMobile, I trust your assessment on this draft. Wishing you all the best with your exams. - Hatchens (talk) 02:39, 11 June 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens, I agree with issues which AafiOnMobile was having. But now in given AFC, I have added official website's reference links where Nathwani's official post and identification added especially for his post of VP of Gujarat Cricket Association, as well as his post in Reliance Industries. Here are they [1][2]. I request you to kindly re-look into this and let me know if anything is required in this AFC. Thanking you. હમઝા ઘાંચી (Talk) 18:50, 11 June 2021 (UTC)
- હમઝા ઘાંચી, both the links doesn't establish notability of the entity. I will stick with TheAafi's assessment till you modify the draft as per WP:BIO, WP:SIGCOV, and WP:THREE. - Hatchens (talk) 12:03, 12 June 2021 (UTC)

Hello brother, Hope you fine. I am new to Wikipedia. But this article has many reliable sources this person pass the notability test then why this article is rejected?. Please review this article I think this article can survive. Please if you can mention me any wrong thing on that article. Thanks. Trap133 (talk) 08:31, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
Yes Hatchens. I have rechecked it. I have mentioned 8 points in which 7 were given sources and the one left is the general introduction. In the 7 sources i have mentioned, only one is the interview of the mentioned person and the rest 6 were independent sources. Whereas coming to its reliability the i have mentioned the Indulge express (a part of the most reliable 89 year old Indian Express Newspaper. I also mentioned Imdb mentions and The news minute newspapers artcile too. I also mentioned the new york times article too. Mostly they mentioned his name in crew members as a cinematographers which defines his role in those projects. Once again check it. I am not asking you to review it. but, as you raised a question please brief me again what exactly is missing in the artcile. Thank you.Rushi1122334455 (talk) 15:12, 17 June 2021 (UTC)
- Dear Rushi1122334455, Thank you for reaching out. Entity clearly failing WP:BIO, WP:SIGCOV, and WP:THREE/WP:RSP. And, even if I look at the citations... these are just passing mentions. As of now, the entity is not ready for mainspace. - Hatchens (talk) 15:21, 17 June 2021 (UTC)
- ok Thank you. I have added more information and other reliable mentions to it. I made it a stub , so i will wait for the reviewer to review the draft. Thank you once again dear Hatchens.Rushi1122334455 (talk) 15:36, 17 June 2021 (UTC)
- Once can you verify it again. As it is a stub i think the mention i made is enough according to WP:STUB. The person i had mentioned definitely had his notability and a cinematographer whose work had been mentioned many times. If you can suggest any further changes i will follow it. Thank you.-Rushi1122334455 (talk) 15:52, 17 June 2021 (UTC)

- @Plotterof I saw this request, and answered with a comment on the draftified article. Had it not been moved to draft my view is that it would have failed one of our deletion processes. Draftification has given it a second chance, which is a good thing. Please embrace that and work diligently to seek to ensure that it is accepted by a reviewer. - User:Epcc12345 - You have provided a URL Dump. That is very seldom a useful step toward acceptance of an article. Very few reviewers research the URL Dump, which is essentially a message that the author is too busy and important to work the sources into the draft properly. I will ignore the URL Dump, and most reviewers do the same. Robert McClenon (talk) 19:11, 19 June 2021 (UTC)

Prince2019He refer me to the tea house because he wasn't certain on decision to take after I brought it to his noticed but instead prefer another editor look at it. But still he was helpful and very much understanding, Thank you NomadicghumakkadEpcc12345 (talk) 07:26, 20 June 2021 (UTC)

Hatchens Robert McClenon Princek2019 If the 3 sources I gave is valid then can't the draft be considered or you still want me to get a source from the UK before it can be approved, like I earlier said the gallery started in Nigeria but only moved to Scotland after the founder got married to a Scottish https://www.vanguardngr.com/2019/03/my-mission-in-uk-is-to-propagate-african-art-culture-and-heritage-josephine-oboh-macleod/ and a new section of the Gallery was just lunch in Nigeria https://www.vanguardngr.com/2021/06/kakofoni-johfrim-ex-commonwealth-boxing-champion-peter-oboh-makes-case-for-african-arts/?amp=1 , please kindly clarify me so as to know better step to take , Thank you Epcc12345 (talk) 09:00, 21 June 2021 (UTC)

- I think the answer to avoiding sanctions, even when one has transgressed, is in knowing how and when to step back with decorum. I cut my teeth here trying to keep Talk:World Trade Center controlled demolition conspiracy theories and the associated article, template, etc on track to ensure an NPOV article. I avoided being suggested for sanctions while acting as an assertive and uninvolved facilitator.

- Half of me agrees with you. The other half asks how those articles would ever be created. The thing that unbalances the seesaw towards not locking is that we need to allow things to happen and only rein them in when they get out of hand. We, the community, are very capable at handling difficult topics. Magdalen Berns is one such, where the article is poorly referenced and poorly written, or was when I checked last. Looking at the Chia and Covid draft, though without doing more than skimming the draft itself, the MfD is going from strength to strength, but still discussing content rather than what ought, in my view, to be discussed at MfD. I consider this to have been brought there for the wring reasons.
Noting your keenness to accept the draft, might I suggest that you prepare an acceptance rationale for the draftnewly accepted article talk page, a rationale I will not seek to influence in the smallest way. By considering this well, and in advance, while you will not please everyone, you will remain above reproach, whether correct or in error in acceptance. Good faith must prevail.
Though I have said I will not influence it, I know that you know it should not rehash the MfD close, assuming it to be closed as retention FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 19:27, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- Timtrent, makes sense. For me this whole MfD discussion is quite overwhelming (at this point) buy I whole heartedly support your rationale. - Hatchens (talk) 03:12, 22 June 2021 (UTC)
- The MfD discussion about the content of the draft is somewhat surreal, though I understand that the intention is to seek to ensure that only articles within policy are accepted. What the folk offering deletion views are missing is that it is a draft. They have a right to discuss it, of course they do, but the job with a draft is to delete it only if irretrievably bad, and that is not normally down to wording.
- I don't mind their attempting to preempt a decline, or a rejection. They have every right to do so. Even so, a draft is only accepted, in theory, when it is of itself standing a better than 50% chance of surviving an immediate deletion process. We are meant to look further, to determine if it ought to be merged, for example, because an article exists.
- Assuming it survives MfD, does that say "This has a better than 50% chance...?"
- My view is not, because the MfD discussion ought to be different from an AfD discussion. My own !vote, for example, is not based at all on the content, referencing, etc. At AfD, assuming I offer an opinion, I may or may not suggest it be kept. I have chosen not to examine the content so cannot say.
- I do consider controversial articles (or is that 'articles about controversies'?) have a place here. I am very much in favour of their existence because, from my experience in the 911 article mess, the article will be pulled into shape by policy oriented editors, by those who have no real interest in the actual content, but whose interest lies in better Wikipedia articles. Whether the outcome is a stand alone article, or a merged article, I have my doubts that, assuming it passes MfD, it will be deleted at AfD. This means I think acceptance will be valid. I am certain that it will be nominated for AfD immediately, though.
- When my own acceptance are nominated thus I either stay clear, or offer a neutral comment once, and then watch with amusement. I do this because I will not allow a discussion about my decision to become in any way an emotionally involved one for me. FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 07:48, 22 June 2021 (UTC)

What do you think about the references - are they good enough to use? I'd appreciate if you can assist me with the improvement of this draft. Thank you, --Paisavassul (talk) 18:06, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
Hello
Thank you for reviewing my page. I don't understand what's wrong with the citation.
I have listed everything that needs to be cited by website and articles.
Mahnaz Malik is the youngest arbitrator as cited by articles and the website its own. I believe that would make the person notable.
She has published books googled simple online, does talks and is a award winning lawyer as cited.
She is a Pakistan based lawyer so of course the cited content would by based in Pakistan. I don't understand how you would not place that a notable content..
And as well cited in English sites.
Thank you if you can please explain. Njinfo10109 (talk) 10:56, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
Aswell, I've decided to do a new page through seeing her sister's Wikipedia
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nadya_A.R.#/editor/1
Her sister has written only one book and has a Wikipedia.
Mahnaz malik has written more than 2 books and has international articles written online. This doesn't make sense at all. Njinfo10109 (talk) 16:20, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- Njinfo10109, thank you for reaching out. We shouldn't discuss and compare this entity with an another one. This particular statment is highly childish - "Mahnaz malik has written more than 2 books and has international articles written online. This doesn't make sense at all." Kindly update the draft as per WP:GNG, WP:AUTHOR, WP:BIO, WP:SIGCOV, WP:RSP. - Hatchens (talk) 03:17, 22 June 2021 (UTC)
Well what counts as a notable person? I am sorry if this seems childish but I need a clear indication. Wouldn't you want a notable fact of the youngest women arbitrator to be marked on Wikipedia? Isn't this the point?
I have cited the books of Mahnaz Maliks which are more than 2, the awards? I don't understand what else.
Pervious issues where about pr issues but just recently it came clear there was a issues with the citation which is 100 percent agreed I have not cited them correctly or placed them but I have now. So I don't understand what more of a notable person you would need?
Please if you can review the articles and simple just Google the person. Thank you for your time Njinfo10109 (talk) 17:55, 22 June 2021 (UTC)
And she has articles listed about her on Wikipedia? So I don't understand how you can't justify a rejection? And other articles are citing her on Wikipedia.
Please note another user has indicated this would have failed the deletion process.
Please review articles on Wikipedia citing her and recommend what action to be taken.
Articles citing Mahnaz Malik https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Books_and_publishing_in_Pakistan
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitney_R._Harris_World_Law_Institute
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fatima_Sharafeddine Njinfo10109 (talk) 18:34, 22 June 2021 (UTC)
And had cited and mentioned Mahnaz Malik is the youngest ever arbitrator appointed by the World Bank! And her winning the UK Financial Times of the Year Award.
Also, I do not understand how the author of several books two of them published by Oxford University press is not notable. All sources are not self published but of third party sources and news.
Further she's been noted as a leading children's writer in other Wikipedia entries?
My question is what I do? It seems quite unfair that someone can reject on whimsical grounds.
If you can please reconsider since mentioned above facts. Njinfo10109 (talk) 16:11, 23 June 2021 (UTC)
- Dear Njinfo10109, she is yet not ready for wiki page. Currently, she qualifies for WP:TOOSOON. If you have an objection, then kindly redo and resubmit (for an another review). A reviewer will take the necessary call. - Hatchens (talk) 02:00, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
Can you please respond. I would very much appreciate your help and corporation.
Njinfo10109 (talk) 01:37, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
Hello i can't submit a review because it's rejected. So what do i do? Njinfo10109 (talk) 11:40, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
- This draft was clearly notable; see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Women in Red#Mahnaz Malik. Hatchens, please take more care with reviewing drafts for notability in the future, and try to explain policies and how they apply to the particular draft instead of just linking to them. Enterprisey (talk!) 00:42, 4 July 2021 (UTC)
- Enterprisey, thank you for reaching out. At that moment (when I rejected it), the draft was not as good as its now. I tried to explain the rules (you can check this thread itself) and I'm glad the draft has evolved accordingly (into an article). Besides that, I generally avoid reviewing a draft more than once (in very rare cases, I cross that limit). That's why I requested the creator to update the draft and resubmit... an another reviewer will take the call. Anyway, thank you once again for dropping by and assisting us. Cheers! -Hatchens (talk) 02:30, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

Speedy Deletion For Draft:BookMyShow
Hi Hatchens,
Thanks for your response on the draft submitted last week. I will try my best to reduce the advertising tonality of the content. Meanwhile I request you to please remove the nomination for criteria speedy deletion tag placed on the draft. This will help me to process with the content flow to review by submitting with Article Wizard. I will ensure the content is first proofread before any submissions. I am also in talks with the Teahouse and real-time talks with the Wikipedia help desk to resolve queries regarding the tonality of the content and get this draft approved and shall then submit for a review. Request you to remove the tag for Speedy Deletion nomination. Shruti12111998 (talk) 11:28, 15 July 2021 (UTC)
Draft:TAI T929 ATAK 2
I have updated the Draft:TAI T929 ATAK 2 article and improved the article further to Wiki standard. I have changed the tone, checked the spelling and grammar. Thank you kindly. Canberra2021 (talk)
- I'm ok with the changes. But, I'll go with BilCat's decision call. - Hatchens (talk) 07:57, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
Hello my friend! I was going through history of creator of this page and also found Draft:Vikas Oberoi where you have remarked about possible COI. Seeing PharmEasy page is making me feel same. A draft already existed here Draft:PharmEasy. This was also draftified from mainspace. I am assuming the moving editor had similar concerns. I got two questions:
- What do you think about notability of PharmEasy? I feel it's not there yet. The page has massive neutrality problems and seems like a blatant promotion of company. Besides a draft already exists that was moved from mainspace. Such situations are always confusing for me.
- Should this editor be reported? They have been warned twice on COI.
Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 11:30, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
- Nomadicghumakkad, this seems to be similar case like Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Simplilearn (2nd nomination) where I made mistake in making right assessment. When it comes to South Asian pages, I'm myself very much confused because even approved media sources (as per WP:RSP) seems to be dicey.
- Pinging @DGG: for a second (and better) opinion. - Hatchens (talk) 17:00, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens , I was about to very much refer to same case! Simplilearn was a great learning. Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 17:36, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
AfC second opinion
Hey Hatchens. So I gave my opinion on Draft:Harley-Arnold Farm, but it apparently wasn't the answer the user was looking for and it has been resubmitted. Since NHRP drafts are your thing, do you want to take a look at it (as another pair of eyes)? It would be super helpful. Thank you! Bkissin (talk) 20:27, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
- Bkissin, thank you for reaching out. The farm is a part of NRHP listed district. At individual level, it is not evaluated by NPS. I'll go with your suggestion merging it with Burkittsville district. - Hatchens (talk) 01:54, 3 August 2021 (UTC)
Hello to the amazing Hatchens, You have recently reviewed the Draft I had made and rejected it. Thank you for your time and consideration, I would love to know the ways I could improve my article since the article is about a well-known director and very much notable director in my country. I would love to learn the ways to improve my article and you are my only chance! Thank you again for your time. Regards, Rooz1370 (talk) 13:22, 10 August 2021 (UTC)

Notable Person
If Rubel Das are notable why Draft:Shweta Bhattacharya are not notable?? there are work together and same flim and same television drama why he is not notable?? Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 17:16, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
- Tanvirnahid565, thank you for reaching out. Every entity is independent of other. Notability cannot be passed, shared or inherited. - Hatchens (talk) 18:21, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
can you improve this article?? You can search his name on google and find news and improve. can you help?? Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 18:24, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
State Public Libraries (Spain) moved to draftspace
Hello, thank you for your message. The article is a translation from the Spanish Wikipedia page. As it is a listing of the State Public Libraries in Spain with their adresses and photos, I do not know how to search for independent sources beyond the proposed Ministry of Culture's own official websites. The 53 libraries belonging to the State are listed on the official website of the already proposed "Directory" of the Spanish Ministry of Culture. How could this be improved? Best regards.--MJSB73MP (talk) 19:17, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
- MJSB73MP, the draft needs a bit of structuring and later it need to be submitted as a "list" or can be directly published as a "list" - whichever you feel it to be ok. - Hatchens (talk) 11:50, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
Hello, thank you for your reply. I am not quite clear what kind of list would be appropriate... I would appreciate, if possible, if you could provide me with a link to a wikipedia article in which there is an appropriate type of list to take as a model and know exactly how to modify the article on Spanish state libraries. Thank you very much in advance. Kind regards.--MJSB73MP (talk) 12:54, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
Why delete my publish articles
Shweta Bhattacharya I cerate this article and administration approved this article. Why delete this article?? Rubel Das this article why this page are recent alive on Wikipedia?? Thera are same category actor and actress. And both are acting same dram television show . But Rubel Das are not delete but my page are delete. Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 14:13, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
- Tanvirnahid565, thank you for reaching out. The entity's article was purely promotional at this stage and lacks significant coverage. As of now, it's WP:TOOSOON case. - Hatchens (talk) 14:16, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
Why Rubel Das are notable ?? There are same television actor and actress. And there are acting notable drama, and he get cast this notable drama on Wikipedia Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 14:22, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
- Tanvirnahid565, as a wiki editors we shouldn't compare articles. Each entity has its own merits and governing notability factor. In your article's case, it was purely lacking. Besides that, I am still wondering how it got passed through AfC review so easily. - Hatchens (talk) 14:25, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
How to improve this article told me Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 14:26, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
The actress i cerate there are lot of cast on Wikipedia page by her notable television drama Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 14:28, 14 August 2021 (UTC)

- Tanvirnahid565, kindly refer to the following guidelines - WP:BIO, WP:NACTOR (but obvious), WP:SIGCOV, and ][WP:RS]] (for types of acceptable sources). - Hatchens (talk) 15:07, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
Ok can I submit agin this article?? He acting notable flim and his have been cast Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 15:16, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
- Tanvirnahid565, please feel free to do so. But, do follow the above mentioned guidelines. all the best. - Hatchens (talk) 15:57, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
Thanks Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 16:00, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
- Tanvirnahid565, you are bypassing the guidelines and getting your draft pushed across. I am sensing WP:COI. - Hatchens (talk) 17:52, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
This actress already acting a notable television show Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 17:54, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
Why agein delete
I don’t know why you delete my article. he also acting a notable television show. Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 17:53, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
- Tanvirnahid565, I am tagging DGG for much more better clarity on this. Today, he moved your article back to draft and then again somehow it moved back into mainspace. - Hatchens (talk) 17:56, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
Has had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions; or Deprecated: Has a large fan base or a significant "cult" following;[13] or Has made unique, prolific or innovative contributions to a field of entertainment. This is your requirement He already acting 3 notable television drama Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 17:58, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
- Tanvirnahid565, Yesterday, I requested you to follow the guidelines ( as suggested above) and build the article (starting with a draft). But, I guess either you are too adamant to take those into consideration or you are seriously lacking basic understanding on creating Wikipedia articles. - Hatchens (talk) 18:01, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
Check this notable television show cast he already acting notable television show Jamuna Dhaki Sindoorkhela Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki Tumi Robe Nirobe Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 18:02, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
I follow this guidelines WP:NACTOR Tanvirnahid565 (talk) 18:07, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
- I see Tagishsimon accepted it at one point. I've just pinged them. The explanation they gave in the edit summary is "Subject clearly passes GNG - quick gsearch suggests she is well known in India" . I think that's not a good reason for accepting, because, if it is the case, the draft must first be rewritten to show it.
- Tanvirnahid565. The draft has been declined, not rejected. It can be accepted if -- but only if -- you add the information about the roles they have had in the shows, and it can be clearly seen that they are major roles, and if you add references to the articles with substantial information about the subject in 3rd party reliable published sources, not press releases or blogs or postings or mere notices . We want to have articles on notable performers--but the article has to actually demonstrate it, not just assert it. This is the meaning of our basic principle, WP:V. That's as clear as I think I can say it. DGG ( talk ) 20:59, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
Draft:Karan Bajaj
Hello, Hatchens! I worked on the Draft:Karan Bajaj and removed a lot of promotional sources, also re-organizing the structure of the draft. I left my comments on the draft's Talk page with the detailed analysis of all the sources in the previous draft. Let me know if it looks better now or the draft still needs some work. Best regards, --Habibiroyal (talk) 19:52, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
- Habibiroyal, fails WP:BIO. The draft/article seems to be an outcome of PR activity. Kindly, update the draft as per the following guidelines WP:SIGCOV, WP:NPOV, WP:GNG and WP:RSP. - Hatchens (talk) 15:01, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
