Blocked as a sockpuppet

Request reason:

As a new user, I've only made 1 edit so far and it was in good faith and fixed multiple issues the previous version had (as I stated in my edit summary). And my edit was also original. I don't understand with what evidence that I was suspected as a sockpuppet and blocked.

Decline reason:
