The introduction to my edits on Wikipedia.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is invited to contribute, at least one of your recent edits to Angela and Friends did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. 2.216.191.10 (talk) 14:47, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Please do not add defamatory content to Wikipedia, as you did to Emergency with Angela Griffin, especially if it involves living persons. Thank you. 2.216.191.10 (talk) 15:00, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

July 2012

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Mount Pleasant (TV series) with this edit, you may be blocked from editing. Zad68 15:03, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Angela Griffin.  FrostedΔ14  15:05, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for persistent vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

I am very sorry for the actions that I done and I will never do it again.

Accept reason:

Unblocked per discussion below. Acroterion (talk) 17:53, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

Thank you. I'm willing to unblock, but you've been using the IP in the meantime to post warnings and play wiki-cop: I've blocked the IP to prevent that. You may not edit logged-out under any circumstances. That is a condition of unblocking, and you need to state clearly that you understand that and will not do it. "I am very sorry and will not do it again" is of concern when you're still editing while logged-out, which was part of the original problem with this account. I also strongly advise you to avoid the above-mentioned wiki-cop activities: some of your edits are concerning, and verge on the disruptive. I advise you to stick to content work for a long while, and to leave admin duties to administrators. Acroterion (talk) 16:06, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

I fully understand that I will leave the wiki-cop actions to administrators and make more constructive edits, because I didn't even know that the wiki-cop activities were limited to administrators. I did actually know that playing wiki-cop whilst logged out would be disruptive editing. Hto9950 (talk) 17:38, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

They're not: I'm just concerned that you're pursuing an aggressive policy of enforcement without sufficient knowledge and experience to do so effectively, or to do so without discouraging new users. I'm going to unblock you, and I ask that you contact me if you are in doubt about something or have any questions. If you are concerned about this account's history, you may consider WP:CLEANSTART, but I ask that in that case you privately notify me of the account name (you can do so by email). STiki talkback

Hello, Hto9950. You have new messages at WT:STiki.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Inappropriate reverts

Please re-read the content you restored [1]: it's completely unacceptable for you to insist on restoring defamation: you clearly weren't reading the material. Again, please refrain from enforcement-type activities for the time being. This is a condition of your unblocking and I expect you to keep your promise. Acroterion (talk) 15:01, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

CVUA

We see that you need a little more understanding of Counter-Vandalism before you're granted the use of STiki. The Counter-Vandalism Unit Academy exists to help users, like yourself, understand the way to identify and handle Vandalism through one-on-one instruction. Perhaps you'd like to ask a question of our instructors, or perhaps Enroll in the Academy.

Jargon

HTO, I hope you will go back and remove the CONUS material for the various articles you edited. The particular term is WP:JARGON and not appropriate for general articles. Thanks so very much. --S. Rich (talk) 20:12, 8 October 2012 (UTC)

I have removed the material off article Alaska. thanks! Hto9950 (talk) 16:27, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
You are most certainly welcome. Again, thank you for helping make WP such a remarkable resource.--S. Rich (talk) 17:44, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for the message: I have removed the abbreviation on the article Hawaii. Hto9950 (talk) 15:02, 10 October 2012 (UTC)

Re: User:LOLYOUTROLLED

Re your message: I don't understand what you are trying to ask me. LOLYOUTROLLED (talk · contribs) has already been blocked and no further action is necessary at this time. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 19:14, 11 October 2012 (UTC)

thanks! Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 19:17, 11 October 2012 (UTC)

1RR

Can someone change my revert limitation from 3RR per every 24 hours to 1RR per 1 week on each article? I want to follow stricter revert limitations because I wish to focus more on editing and content work than just reverting edits? Thanks Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 20:54, 22 October 2012 (UTC)

Lajos Kossuth

Please stay at the last clean version, as of 10:30, 22 November 2012. The anonymous IPs 81.182.80.131,188.36.195.210, 81.182.80.131 and 81.183.165.65 are confirmed by a SPI investigations to belong to the banned user Stubes99, see‎ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Stubes99/Archive#12_December_2012 Irji2012

If you reinstate his edits, remember that you "take complete responsibility for the content." (Wikipedia:Ban#Enforcement_by_reverting) (talk) 21:46, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

Sorry, the IP is part of the Stubes99 dispute. I didn't mean to revert these edits. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 15:42, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
I actually attempted to follow the instructions mentioned in this long-term abuse investigation which was "Block and revert any edits." I was actually unaware that the IPs that I have reverted to are subject to an SPI investigation. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 19:09, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
Irji2012 is now blocked indefinitely as a sock of Iaaasi, now ignoring it per WP:IAR. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 10:46, 17 December 2012 (UTC)

User request for Full move protection on my User page

I need indefinite move protection on my user page and my talk page because, except for accepted username changes, there is no reason for the page to be moved by anyone. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 12:26, 17 December 2012 (UTC)

Further comment to Lajos Kossuth

Per LTA, when I revert to a version by banned Stubes99 by one of the three IPs, Iaaasi will create a new account and then use that to undo the revision that I made which has played a large part in the Stubes99 dispute on Lajos Kossuth. Per this category page he currently has 96 sockpuppets as of 17 December 2012 (we have found 132 sockpuppets, 31 of them are IPv4 accounts and one of the sockpuppets is an IPv6 account 2605:F700:C0:1:0:0:1DE4:1454) ; when I revert an edit by one of the sockpuppeteers as ban evasion to last version by one of these IPs above, then that count will increase up to 133 when he creates a new account to revert my revisions done on that page. If I see a sockpuppet of Iaaasi, I will add a comment to say that "one of the accounts/IPs have been used to evade a ban." Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 15:55, 17 December 2012 (UTC)

Username warning

Hi, Hto. You told this user that his/her username violates policy. Are they connected to a website or something else with the name "onlineshoppinglover"? (Their edits have been deleted). Otherwise, the name is fine. NTox · talk 05:03, 4 January 2013 (UTC)

Oops, I wasn't aware that the username I reported was not a violation, sorry. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 09:12, 6 January 2013 (UTC)
I also performed a search on 'online shopping lover' and found that the username was not connected to any website that is related to this user. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 09:16, 6 January 2013 (UTC)
Also, do you remember indef blocked user Stungrenade which he falsely accused Τασουλα of a username violation? See incident archive 761 for proof that this has come off the incident. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 13:27, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

Sad news

I am sorry to say that, but I will be permanently leaving the project (courtesy vanishing) in March 2014. At that time, I will place the Retired tag and notify ArbCom of the situation (which will be the last words I will say on Wikipedia). Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 21:43, 14 January 2013 (UTC)

The date I will courtesy vanish will be 7 March 2014. Hto9950 (talk | contribs) 21:44, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
