You say you are working at UMBA. This gives you a conflict of interest, which you cdeclaredon your userpage, but I need to ask you ify ou are writing the bios of other people there as a fellow employee, or as a staff member whose job include the writing of such material, or other public relations. I am aware that organization names as usernames are permitted and even encouraged on the German Wikipedia, but they are not allowed on the English Wikipedia.
