Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Balinese language, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page IPA. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 19:22, 15 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm AntiDionysius. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Osing people, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. AntiDionysius (talk) 10:27, 16 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Ok thank you I Kadékk Gilang (talk) 10:36, 16 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Balinese language, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Lordseriouspig 08:21, 17 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Okay, sorry I didn't mean to delete I just added some content 🙏 I Kadékk Gilang (talk) 08:42, 17 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Taiwan under Japanese rule, you may be blocked from editing. Remsense 20:54, 23 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Old Balinese moved to draftspace

edit

Thanks for your contributions to Old Balinese. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and it has too many problems of language or grammar. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Youknow? (talk) 15:34, 20 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Copyrighted images

edit

Almost all of the images you have added, such as these, are copyrighted, but you have uploaded them as own work. There is an ongoing deletion request on Commons, which will determine whether the images should be deleted (and they likely will). In the meantime, stop adding them. User:CanonNi (talkcontribs) 12:10, 27 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Yeah I'm submitting a discussion too hopefully it won't be deleted would you support me please I don't know how to include sources on wikimedia and I also don't intend to copyright i don't know that 😓 I Kadékk Gilang (talk) 12:39, 27 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Will I support keeping copyrighted images? No. The images are going to be deleted. What I can support you with is some useful help pages explaining copyright: Help:Copyright, Commons:Copyright, Commons:Own work, c:Commons:But it's my own work! User:CanonNi (talkcontribs) 12:41, 27 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
How do I fix an image that has been uploaded so that it is not copyrighted? I Kadékk Gilang (talk) 12:44, 27 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
You don't. Only the image's author can decide whether it's copyrighted, so, unless your're the author (which you're obviously not), the image cannot be 'fix'ed. User:CanonNi (talkcontribs) 12:47, 27 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
But this File:Chinese Family in Bali 1900s.jpg not affected by copyright because someone has corrected it by removing my name and change it as unknown author. Can the copyright be lost by just deleting the name? Please check, maybe you can help me File:Chinese Family in Bali 1900s.jpgI Kadékk Gilang (talk) 12:52, 27 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ironically, that's the same editor you harassed... That was one image, and likely the only image out of your uploads that is public domain. The authors of your other uploads are likely still alive or have died in the past 70 years, and the images are therefore copyrighted. You clearly don't understand how copyright works, and no, copyright cannot be lost by just deleting the name. User:CanonNi (talkcontribs) 13:00, 27 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I Kadékk Gilang. I noticed that your recent edit to Nyepi added a link to an image on an external website or on your computer, or to a file name that does not exist on Wikipedia's server. For technical and policy reasons it is not possible to use images from external sources on Wikipedia. Most images you find on the internet are copyrighted and cannot be used on Wikipedia, or their use is subject to certain restrictions. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request that someone else upload it. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Thank you. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 03:00, 28 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
