Hi @Knowledgedata! I had a little look, and noticed your sandbox was deleted under our G11 criteria speedy deletion, which basically means you are not allowed to advertise on Wikipedia. I can’t look at the details as I’m not an Admin and can’t view deleted contribs. I’d recommend reading WP:YOURFIRSTARTICLE and WP:WHATWIKIPEDIAISNOT. I think Bbb’s explanation in the form of a 4im template warning was a bit bity, but you could ask him by replying to his message. I left a welcome template on your talk page with a few handy links on the matter that you might want to look through. Hi @Dhanushka Abeysinghe. I see you previously tried to create a user page that was deleted. If that was the article you want to create, please do not. I also looked through your sandbox and noticed that, if that’s the biography you want to publish, it’s not ready. A few things to note:

• All pages (especially ones about living people) must have citations
• Your article is not written with a neutral point of view
• It also may not meet the notability requirements for a Wikipedia article.

I’d recommend going through HELP:GUIDE or WP:ADVENTURE to learn more about editing, and maybe start with editing a few articles before you jump into article creation.

When you do feel like your ready to start creating articles, I’d recommend reading WP:FIRST for info on how to create and publish your article.

Hello Lordseriouspig, I have joined Wikipedia because someone made a bio page about me that is clearly meant to be unflattering and is definitely not NPOV. It was unpublished (for lack of citation) but awaiting republish. I understand it is improper to edit it myself, but can I make suggestions with citations in a talk page?
