I want to explain why I reverted your edits to Objections to evolution. First (as my edit summary indicates), both instances of apologist/apologetics were accurate. Plantigna describes himself as an apologist (see his spiritual autobiography at [1]). Answers in Genesis also describes itself as an "apologetics ministry" (see [2]). Second, even though the term sounds a bit insulting, doesn't mean they actually think they have something to apologize for. Just the opposite -- it means a defender. Third, it's relevant, because if someone's mission is to defend (their conception of) Christianity, their views on evolution are likely to be influenced by this. Novalis 22:11, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
I updated my talk page to reply to your reply to this. Novalis 18:39, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
The article Sambomba has been proposed for deletion. The proposed-deletion notice added to the article should explain why.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DGaw (talk) 03:31, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
