Hello Ibnraza and welcome to Wikipedia! Hope you like it here, and stick around.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- To sign your posts (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).
- Try the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the test area.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk
- Follow the Wikipedia:Simplified Ruleset
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- Remember Wikipedia:Neutral point of view
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
Should Jerry Klein Islamophobia experiment be deleted?
editAs you have contributed to the Islamophobia article, please consider visiting Jerry Klein’s 2006 Islamophobia Radio Parody where Jerry Klein acted as if he was for forcing American-Muslims to wear special identification marks, similar to the Jews in Nazi Germany. This was to gauge his audience’s reaction and he was shocked by the calls he received. It is currently being debated if the page should be deleted. Please read the article and vote at [1]. Stub
editHello Ibnraza,
I noticed you marked an article as a stub using the {{stub}}
template. Did you know that there are thousands of stub types that you can use to clarify what type of stub the article is? Properly categorizing stubs is important to the Wikipedia community because it helps various WikiProjects to identify articles that need expansion.
You can view the full list of stub types at WP:STUBS.
If you have questions about stub sorting, don't hesitate to ask! There is a wealth of stub information on the stub sorting WikiProject, and hundreds of stub sorters. Thanks! Neil Larson
