Consensus
editHey Ineedisin. I appreciate your enthusiasm in updating articles, and Wikipedia encourage editors to be bold in making improvements. But when you are reverted by another editor, everyone is expected to discuss the changes on the articles talk page, and reach a consensus about the changes. If I can be of any help feel free to stop by my talk page, or you can ask questions at The Teahouse, which is our dedicated forum for newer editors to seek advice and assistance. Spain
editAfter conducting some research on the page history, it comes out that it's the book which has copied old content from Wikipedia. Actually, it looks like a word-by-word copy-paste from one of the Spain article's old versions (from December 2011 at the very least, whereas the book is dated March 2013). The book itself does not even make any effort at citing any of the sources listed in the article, which should be regarded as the true sources of the content shown there, and not the book which is seemingly copy-pasting it. As a result, I've reverted your edits to the last stable version, with the correct sources in place. Impru20talk 23:28, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
- You keep adding copy-pasted content from other Wikipedia articles into Spain history sub-sections without proper attribution (as per WP:CWW), as well as adding copyrighted content from external sources, which is not allowed as per WP:C-P. I'll please ask you to undo your actions as this will only create Wiki issues. Impru20talk 18:45, 29 December 2018 (UTC)

January 2019
editThank you for your contributions. It seems that you may have added public domain content to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Spain. You are welcome to import appropriate public domain content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. There are several methods to do this described at Wikipedia:Plagiarism#Public-domain sources, including the usage of an attribution template. Please make sure that any public domain content you have already imported is fully attributed. I also suggest you not add anything further to Spain, as that article is already too big. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 13:25, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied text from other Wikipedia articles to History of Spain (your additions have since been removed). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. If you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:45, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
Talk page discussions
editYou seem unwilling to participate in talk page discussions regarding changes that other editors find controversial. There is now one at Talk:Spain#Images. Please present your case there instead of replying with disruptive edits to the article. Failure to do so will result in a block for disruptive editing. Favonian (talk) 17:31, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
