editThis is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

- Welcome to my talk page! I don't think this will go the way you want it to go, but thanks for stopping by anyway. Innican Soufou (talk) 22:53, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
- It did not go the way he wanted it to go. Innican Soufou (talk) 19:01, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
- Regardless, please read's Chess' statement [1] on WP:BLPCRIME in relation to your case:
we can't say a living person is a murderer until they have actually been convicted of a murder
. This is one aspect of a key content policy on Wikipedia. Further violations may incur consequences. starship.paint (exalt) 13:44, 2 May 2021 (UTC)- He didn't technically call a living person a murderer. He said there was a murder "by police". Not a far leap to assume he meant the officer who killed her, but there's no living person publicly associated with that role. If this counts as a BLP violation, so too should repeatedly suggesting the two named people not even accused of murdering Brian Sicknick or using bear spray murdered him with bear spray. Or pepper spray, tear gas, mustard gas, oxygen, burning jet fuel or whatever else JzG wants to bother me with and speculate about next (see diff from today, 11:59, for the latest). Whiteness studies
editAs I said in my revert of your edits, white privilige, whiteness studies, whiteness, white people, whites, white trash, white supremacy, etc, are not proper nouns and as such do not receive capital letters unless it begins a sentence. SaltySaltyTears (talk) 00:48, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
- It's referring to White people, which should be capitalized.
- But not black? I am going to assume good faith and assume your edits were just negligent and sloppy. SaltySaltyTears (talk) 00:59, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
- If someone wants to go through the article and capitalize black, I wouldn't stand in their way. I'll assume good faith and assume your comments are just negligent and sloppy. Innican Soufou (talk) 01:25, 31 October 2021 (UTC)

April 2022
editHello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 2022 Sweden riots, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Adakiko (talk) 08:23, 29 April 2022 (UTC)

. Bbb23 (talk) 00:45, 26 July 2022 (UTC)Banned for referring to the resident as the former vice president. Which does not violate any rules. Innican Soufou (talk) 03:54, 26 July 2022 (UTC)
- Yep, it does. Doug Weller talk 16:02, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
Seeing as how I'm unable to find it, would you care to help me out and pont out what part of that rule I've broken? I don't think that "yes it does" really cuts it. Innican Soufou (talk) 18:59, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- WP:BLP. It's not what you called Biden that violated BLP, but your speculation about his health. – Muboshgu (talk) 19:02, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
As I recall, I pointed out that he said, on camera, that he currently has cancer. That's not speculation. I also said it in a talk page, and not an edit on the main page. Wouldn't a conversation be more appropriate than accusations and bans? Innican Soufou (talk) 19:10, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- You called his health "poor". That is not the same thing as saying he has skin cancer. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:48, 2 August 2022 (UTC)

Request reason:
no explanation, no opportunity to discuss. This is a massively premature ban and clearly punitive. Can someone please review.Innican Soufou (talk) 19:08, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 19:09, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
My block request does not address the block reason because I was not given one. I'd love to apologize for whatever I was blocked for, but I was blocked out of nowhere. Innican Soufou (talk) 19:11, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
- A reason was clearly given, both at Special:BlockList/User:Innican_Soufou and here on your talk page. Furthermore, this is the third time you've been blocked. If you are still claiming you don't understand what's going on, it's time for you to move on and find something else to do. --Yamla (talk) 19:14, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
- We've told you, you just refuse to listen. Admins who can review your unblock requests can also review the edit history of this talk page to see the comments you have removed. – Muboshgu (talk) 19:15, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
"not here to build an encyclopedia"? When every edit I've done has been attempting to do that, and done in good faith? Innican Soufou (talk) 19:26, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
Refusing to acknowledge Biden as the U.S. president 'here' & on other talkpages, didn't help. If you don't accept that he's the president? that's your choice. We just didn't need you constantly reminding us about it. GoodDay (talk) 17:05, 7 August 2022 (UTC)
