While, technically, you've asked a question, you have just asked unspecifically for help.

You created an incomplete unblock request; it was missing the new username that you would like to change to. Just do, more or less, what you did before, but don't omit the parameter about your desired new username. — jmcgnh^{(talk) (contribs)} 17:32, 15 October 2017 (UTC)
