ACTA revisions

I recommend Mr. Martin to be banned from editing for egregious violations associated with his extremely biased editing of the ACTA article (American Council of Trustees and Alumni). Mr. Martin is unable to separate promotional materials and propaganda from reality and routinely deletes all information critical of the organization (to whose former head his name bears striking resemblance). As such, these revisions are utterly inappropriate.
