Reorganization of President of the United States

Per your revert and request, I have added information on the talk page for President of the United States explaining my attempted / proposed restructuring of the second half of the article (from Tenure through Post-presidency). It would generally improve article flow and hierarchy, especially now that my changes to the first part of the article – which were also initially reverted – have now been accepted by that user (Drdpw). My proposed changes to the second half would also make the structure of this article generally track with the relevant portion of the article on Vice President of the United States, which looks much cleaner and more organized.
