Poor references

edit

Just like you shouldn't go to random websites for medical advice, please don't use random websites as references as you did here. The mere existence of a higher published financial figure for an Indian film, doesn't mean that that content is more accurate, especially when it comes from a faceless blog/website like telegraphstar.com. That site has barely been alive for a year. It has not established itself as a major mainstream news source with a known reputation for fact-checking and accuracy, and it solicits "guest posts", making it totally unreliable. Stick to major outlets. See our reliable sourcing guidelines and if you need specific examples of good and bad sources, see WP:ICTF#Guidelines on sources. Thank you. January 2020

edit

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Darbar (film). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Diffs: [1] If you keep adding garbage references like telegraphstar.com to inflate the box office figures of Darbar, or any other film, you will quickly discover your editing privileges interrupted. I have already explained to you in detail what qualities we are looking for in references. See WP:RS since you still seem confused. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:34, 30 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did on Darbar (film). This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Diff: [2] Cyphoidbomb (talk) 20:21, 31 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

June 2022

edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Vikram (2022 film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article.
As notified earlier, please do not add faceless site bollymoviereviewz for box office figures; see WP:SPS and WP:ICTFSOURCES. Diff: [3]
