I hope you are successful with your radio station, but you'll have to get there without editing Wikipedia, unless you can discuss the reason for your block and what you will do differently in the future. Being an admin is going to be a long way off, and isn't the position of honor that you seem to think it it; it's just having some extra buttons and gives you no more additional authority than any other editor. You can do 95% of things here without the admin tools. People who were blocked can rarely gain the admin tools, but it takes a long time and hard work.
