License tagging for Image:Thorium.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Thorium.jpg. The image seems to be tagged in wrong manner. You have claimed it can be used only for non-commmercial/educational use. Then you have tagged the image with {{cc-by-sa-2.5}}. I've gone ahead and updated the text on the image to make it comply with the licensing available to me. While I SINCERELY disagree with the fact that any image uploaded here to Wikipedia can be freely used for any purpose whatsoever, I have no choice in this matter so I will comply with the rules. I honestly feel as though a new license should be created which allows use of images and media as long as it is not for commercial purposes. (Jdurg 00:47, 15 January 2007 (UTC))

The summary for this image says that it can be used for non-commercial and educational uses only. This restriction means that the image is not freely licensed, as far as Wikipedia is concerned. I noticed you removed such a restriction for Image:Thorium.jpg; perhaps you would be willing to remove the restriction for this image as well. —Bkell (talk) 02:58, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
