July 2021: One route to getting an article accepted
editJeffrey Lee Kaufman, you seem to be trying, under time constraints, to have an in-depth article on Phoenix, a somewhat obscure, defunct, record label, accepted into Wikipedia. You have the option, which not all article creators consider, to do a rewrite and create a well-referenced, very short WP:STUB article, which mainly proves that your subject exists and is a notable company. From that start, your stub article may, over time, grow by way of contributions (backed by reliable sources) from you (when you have time) or from any other Wikipedia editors, of which there are many thousands.
A new article which tries to be the "last word" on a subject poses a daunting challenge in terms of referencing. Instead, find the strongest reliable sources you can, and mine them for solid material on Phoenix. Base your stub article on the sources, not on your, or others' unpublished (in reliable sources) knowledge. Leave out the phoenix myth description, as one may hover over the blue-linked term to get a pop-up preview. If a minimum of 2 or 3 solid reliable sources is used, your stub should be accepted, and not likely to be deleted any time soon. Rome was not built in a day, you know. Start small.--Quisqualis (talk) 19:28, 7 July 2021 (UTC)
