September 2024
[edit]
Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! QEnigma (talk) 08:28, 27 September 2024 (UTC)

2026 VGC season
[edit]I don't know if that's an error on TPC's side but the official VR site says that all tournaments in the 2026 VGC season will be in Scarlet and Violet so I'm not sure what's going on. Are they really going to switch to a different game mid-season? Nagito Komaeda the Second (talk) 11:03, 19 August 2025 (UTC)
- I don't know what the VR site is but they announced during worlds that worlds in 2026 will be on Champions. You can see this on the official Pokemon site Jbvann05 21:23, 19 August 2025 (UTC)
- VR stands for Victory Road Nagito Komaeda the Second (talk) 14:06, 22 August 2025 (UTC)
- This is confusing that two official sites are telling different info Nagito Komaeda the Second (talk) 14:06, 22 August 2025 (UTC)
- I don't think Victory Road is an official site, they probably just haven't updated their info yet. Jbvann05 19:02, 22 August 2025 (UTC)
- It's strange, this is their website for competitive Pokemon if I recall correctly Nagito Komaeda the Second (talk) 19:29, 22 August 2025 (UTC)
- As far as I'm aware the official site is https://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon and https://victoryroad.pro/ is just a fan run site. Jbvann05 20:25, 22 August 2025 (UTC)
- Okay, my bad. I don't want to really bother with checking every detail to determine whether is VR official or not so I will take your word for it, at least for now Nagito Komaeda the Second (talk) 20:15, 23 August 2025 (UTC)
- Also the game is scheduled to be released in 2026 so will they switch between games mid-season or what? There needs to be a good way of switching from SV to Champions or else it would be a disaster Nagito Komaeda the Second (talk) 20:30, 23 August 2025 (UTC)
