Christian God
editSince the Christian God is used as the subject of the article, it's worth noting that even the Bible says that God is not capable of doing anything conceivable. It says, for example, that He can't sin since that would contradict His moral perfection. If His creating an unliftable stone would contradict His perfection (and it would), then He can't do it. Therefore, the Bible supports the position that God is "essentially" omnipotent. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jlujan69 (talk • contribs) 2006-01-09 21:46:56 (UTC)

Three Revert Rule
editYou may want to review what is known as the "Three Revert Rule." [1] You have exceeded that with reverting the opening sentence of "Jehovah's Witnesses" more than three times today. Dtbrown 04:52, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Blocked for 24 hours for violation of the 3RR
editPlease take a look and review WP:3RR when you get a chance. You have been blocked for violating this policy, but after 24 hours, please come on back and edit wikipedia! There are probably more constructive ways of editing a controversial article than edit warring, and I encourage you to take a look at the extensive discussions taking place on Jehovah's Witnesses. joshbuddy, talk 05:38, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Men's Role in Childbirth
editG'day. I'm wondering why you changed "male partner" to husband? "Male partner" is an inclusive term whilst "husband" is limited to only those who are married. Your change makes little sense in an article about birth when marriage has nothing to do with it. I've reverted your changes. Maustrauser 00:23, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Why are you deleting stuff from Talk:John Hagee?
editRandomly deleting discussions isn't exactly the best way to deal with talk page sections, why are you deleting large discussions? Homestarmy 21:31, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

IT2 Cruz Negron
editProvide and cite a verifiable reliable source as required by Wikipedia policy in which we can see why IT2 Cruz Negron is to be considered notable. Until then please do add his name to the list. Me must respect the fact that this list is for "Famous or notable" Puerto Ricans. Thank you Tony the Marine 21:13, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- This is a Warning, you are on the verge of breaking Wikipeidas 3 revert rule and you may be blocked from editing. I'm trying to be civil with you about this. I am in charge of overseeing the names added to the military sections of these lists. Unless you can provide evidence that IT2 Cruz Negron meets notablility criteria, please do not add his name to the list. Your work is valued in Wikipedia, but you must maintain yourself within policy. Thank you Tony the Marine 23:24, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. - You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kent Hovind. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 03:07, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

editHello, I'm EvergreenFir. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Trans man seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. editPlease carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding all edits about, and all pages related to post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Your edit to Maame Biney
editHey JluJan - I just wanted to let you know that I reverted your recent edit to Maame Biney. An athlete appearing in an ad campaign may be notable, but only if it receives coverage from third-party sources. Additionally, even if that is the case, we must be very careful with this type of coverage - e.g. instead of using the campaign's own wording like "made the Visa Olympics team," we should describe it for what it really is (in this case, appearing in a Visa ad campaign). Prominently linking to the ad itself is a concern too for obvious reasons, which is another reason why independent, third-party coverage of an ad is essential for it being included in a Wikipedia article. Please feel free to let me know or open a discussion on the talk page if you disagree with this reversion. -Elmer Clark (talk) 22:26, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
Chelsea Noble edit
editI have reverted your addition of a date of birth to Chelsea Noble. In addition to Wikipedia's basic principle of citing sources (Wikipedia:Citing sources), a special need for citations applies with regard to elements of a biography of a living person (WP:BLPPRIVACY). Feel free to add a date of birth when it is accompanied by a citation to a reliable, published source. Eddie Blick (talk) 02:57, 9 April 2022 (UTC)
