editHi Joe Million, Your request to enroll has been denied because you do not have enough edits [1]. Dan653 (talk) 21:48, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
Thanks, I thought that this would be the case, but no harm in trying. Joe1000000 (talk) 07:20, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
- I'd take a little while looking at WP:VAND and start looking to revert some vandalism. If you have any specific questions, feel free to drop a line at Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit/Academy/Questions. Cheers! Achowat (talk) 20:13, 7 May 2012 (UTC)

List of diving hazards and precautions
editHi Joe1000000,
- Your copyedits at List of diving hazards and precautions are appreciated but have changed the meaning of the parenthetical comment from something fairly specific to a rather bland approximation. Would you mind rewriting to restore the original specific information, or explain why you think it is not important.
- You have removed the explanatory text regarding the meaning of hazard and its relationship to risk. Could you explain why you think this is not relevant and appropriate in the article?.
Thanks, Peter (Southwood) (talk): 06:41, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
Hi Peter (Southwood), thanks for the feedback.
- Firstly I appreciate that my copyediting was not briliant, feel free to change it back if you want, or ask me to do it.
- However I would say that in regard to the second comment, it is mostly a duplication of Hazard (risk). This could therefore be shortened with a link to that article of they want mre information.
Let me know what you think Thanks, Joe1000000 (talk) 15:02, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Joe1000000.
- I will try to rephrase the parenthetical comment more elegantly, but not sure if it will work.
- I put in the definition of a hazard because it was clear to me that previous editors of the article had confused hazard with both consequence and risk, and getting rid of the confusion was a long tedious job. I think having a definition of some kind there will help reduce the frequency of that happening again. I can try to rephrase it so it is less like the Hazard (risk) article. Cheers, Peter (Southwood) (talk): 16:12, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
