Which bot did you use here? You should identify it. Some of the comments it makes do not reflect policy at all. Johnbod (talk) 17:37, 2 December 2013 (UTC)

New checkwiki errors
Added three new errors: DEFAULTSORT with no space after the comma, HTML text style element <strike> and HTML text style element <a> They will be enwiki only until all the new errors come on-line. I'd like to edit the 1,000 translation files only on time. frwiki will probably be turned one for NicoV to test WPCleaner. I keep wanting to call you Jose. That V messes me up everytime. Bgwhite (talk) 05:59, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
- Bgwhite, Haha, calling me José? No, Josve stands for Jonatan Svensson. (My name is Jonatan Svensson Glad). That is a name that my elementary school chose for my computer a long time ago... thanks for telling me about the CHECKWIKI-errors! -(t) Josve05a (c) 08:17, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
- In 1992 I received my first login and email address... bgwhite. They asked about my computer name and I choose 'cougar'. 21-years later, nothing has changed. Funny how small little things come to identify ourselves all these years later. Bgwhite (talk) 08:25, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
- I'll join that club too. ---> Wtwilson3 ;-) — Bill W. (Talk) (Contrib) — 15:26, 19 December 2013 (UTC)

Hi, you reverted someone here who blanked a page. It seems that someone is using an account a ipv4 adress en some dynamic ipv6 adresses to keep cleaning that page. I don't know what the problem is but this doesn't seem right. Maybe you know what to do? Natuur12 (talk) 09:49, 20 December 2013 (UTC)
- We could request a page lock on that page. (WP:RPP) -(t) Josve05a (c) 09:53, 20 December 2013 (UTC)

Database scan
- Get latest dumpfile: Goto http://dumps.wikimedia.org/enwiki
- Download the "pages-article" file. ie enwiki-20131202-pages-articles.xml.bz2.
This file is 10GB. File is 50GB uncompressed. - Uncompress the file.
- In AWB, goto Tools->Database Scanner
- Under the Database tab, enter the filename of the database dump
- Under the Namespace tab, check content (the second one inside the box)
- Under the Text tab, enter what to scan for.
Above only works for article space. If you want talk pages too, you have to download the "pages-meta-current" file. It is 19GB compressed. Bgwhite (talk) 19:48, 21 December 2013 (UTC)

Hint for the future: Always check if there any noinclude/includeonly tags in the page. In that case we limit general fixes to be on the safe side. -- Magioladitis (talk) 00:18, 30 December 2013 (UTC)
We need to keep track of your bug reports. In many cases our Manual needs update to explain some situations. Maybe GoingBatty could help on that. -- Magioladitis (talk) 01:01, 30 December 2013 (UTC)
- Done with this edit. GoingBatty (talk) 01:43, 30 December 2013 (UTC)
