Thanks, your reversion there seems appropriate. Dougweller (talk) 19:29, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you Doug for that nice comment. I know how you meant it. To Kaikenlaisia - What I wrote was neither made up, fantasy nor original research and I think it would be good to expand the section on the iron age. There are lists of Finnish kings given in Viking Sagas. I believe they are worth a mention here. Also, there is the information given about Finland in the Geographia by Ibn Batuta...sadly now deleted. There are numerous online sources about this period in Finnish history but it requires translation. If you are a Finnish speaker maybe we can work on this together? James Frankcom (talk) 09:05, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you for friendly feedback. Unofortuntely, those Finnish kings mentioned in sagas are mostly non-historical - no serious researcher maintains otherwise - and the geographic description by Idrisi (not by Batuta) is so convoluted that practically no historical information can be gained from it.--Kaikenlaisia (talk) 18:43, 12 September 2010 (UTC)

Please stop postig your nonsense on Ior Bock Page
editThe article from mr landel is not based on truth and no way accepted by mr Bock friends. You are welcome to post your links on the bottom of the page but have some respect for Ior For your information I have being assisting him for more than 20 years, so sop vandalizing his story with your insanety. The page is about Ior, nor about magnus landel. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcellogentile1 (talk • contribs) 10:53, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
- I have posted only referenced information. It does not really matter whether you accept it or not. Wikipedia is not based on testimonies of anonymous commentors. And yes, I am very sorry because of the tragic death of Mr. Bock. But Wikipedia is a neutral encyclopedia, and it is not obliged to "respect" Mr. Bock. Referenced information will remain in the article, even if some disciplines of Bock find it annoying. Wikipedia works that way.--Kaikenlaisia (talk) 11:04, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
You are welcome to post all your links but stop spreading the lies, this page is dedicated to Ior, not to people that write about him, for those , make reference links if you like but once again, have respect —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcellogentile1 (talk • contribs) 11:14, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
- I am only referencing a source, written by a well-known journalist. Wikipedia articles are dedicated only to references. --Kaikenlaisia (talk)
Have a look at last changes, the links and your non sense is still there but in a more understandable way —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcellogentile1 (talk • contribs) 11:29, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
The Magnus Londen reference belongs to the biographical chapter, and nowhere else.Referenced information of biological parents of Mr. Bock belong to the same Biographical section than the rest of his childhood.--Kaikenlaisia (talk) 11:31, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
Are you mad? I left all your bullshit on the page and only added the the fact that your links are coming from only one source and a bad one too. You have no right to insult the memory of the people. Stop your crazy trip and let Iors friends manege his page. You can call me to talk about it send me a email address where I can contact you directly or exchange Phone numbers. Iam soon going to the Police station for the interrogation and I am amazed by your insane hate for Ior and would like to know why. My suggestion was for you to write all the londels bs in an separate chapter on the same page, and had that his article was viewed as fraudulent by mr Bock and his friends. For your information, I was talking about the londen article to Ior and other friends in Iors home 3 days ago and I was asked in front of witness to make sure that it would be removed from the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcellogentile1 (talk • contribs) 12:16, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
- You seem to believe that the Wikipedia article is a Ior Bock home page. According to Wikipedia neutrality rules anynone can edit the article as long as references are given. It is out of question that the article would be managed only by friends of Bock, who to obviously try to censore or dismiss critical views. I have every right to add referenced information to the article. Friends of Bock or Mr. Bock himself simply cannot decide the content of the article. That's the way Wikipedia works, really. Having said that, I can add that I am very sorry for the tragic and gruesome death of Mr. Bock. Disbelieving his stories does not equal hating him. However, I am not going to enter in any private correspondence regarding this matter. I can understand that you are right now shocked, sad and very emotional because of the horrible indicent yesterday. But Wikipedia is all about referenced information presented in a neutral manner. Private emotions will not affect that fact.--Kaikenlaisia (talk) 12:57, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
--- Please note that all shades of personal opinions should be restained - also when it comes to describe mr. Bock, as well as anyone positivly interested in his material. Studying "Kalevala" doesn't make anyone a "disciple" or "follower" of Elias Lönroth. Nor does studying the Bock-saga.
Please also observe that information given on speculative grounds should be avoided. That warnning is already at the top of this article. Repeating passages from an article by Josip Goebbles - to describe Jesws and Gypsies - doesn't work for any encyclopedia. Obviously, that is NOT how Wiki works, either.
Like Kaikenlaissa says; this is not his private blog or homepage. Let's akll respect that. And - btw. at the heaad of the Ior Bock article there's been a warning since january 10, about assuring the QUALITY of the sources used in this article. Finally, please let us try to follow the header of todays article, saying;
Please improve this article by introducing more precise citations where appropriate. (January 2010)
—Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.89.27.31 (talk) 17:46, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
- Stop lying and removing references.--Kaikenlaisia (talk) 07:11, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
Stop posting fouls evidences and removing contributions. note the link to the alleged police report is a magnus landed defamatory article and not a police report
The magnus landell articles are part of a controversy and not related to Ior bock in a honest way, the so called references provided are only availeble on landell article and are not reliable and most fouls. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcellogentile1 (talk • contribs) 16:54, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
- Please shut up.--130.234.68.224 (talk) 07:03, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
I know that the police report as a matter of fact is available. Do we all agree that it is important to publish it on wikipedia? ( Fullfacts (talk) 17:06, 25 October 2010 (UTC))
- It doesn't matter if know you it. Personal testimonies of anonymous commentors have no value here. If you cannot present a reference, it does not belong to Wikipedia.--130.234.68.224 (talk) 07:03, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
The documents will be published at the Ior Bock page. They are, according to Finnish publicity laws, available to anyone at the archives of the Finnish Police in Helsinki.--Fullfacts (talk) 07:15, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
- Please do not publish any original documents here. Present a secondary source.--130.234.68.224 (talk) 07:17, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
Ok, no original documents. At this stage we are only discussing if and where these documents are available, not the substance itself in them, since there is a source for that already. On the other hand, one could write that these documents are available for anyone, according to Finnish publicity laws, as that is a fact, without stating where.--Fullfacts (talk) 07:28, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
- I guess that's right.--Kaikenlaisia (talk) 07:33, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
