Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sui Dhaaga 2018.jpg

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as File:Sui Dhaaga 2018.jpg, is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Shraddha Kapoor promotions.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Shraddha Kapoor promotions.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file licensed as "for non-commercial use only", "no derivative use", "for Wikipedia use only", or "used with permission"; and it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag and if necessary, a complete fair use rationale.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Deletion discussion about Untitled Dinesh Vijan film

edit

Hello, Kapoor2013,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Untitled Dinesh Vijan film should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Untitled Dinesh Vijan film .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sidharth Malhotra, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page INR (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Moving Draft:Stree (2018 film) to main article space

edit

I have returned Draft:Stree (2018 film) to the draftspace again. At the article's AfD (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Untitled Dinesh Vijan film) consensus was clear that the article should either be deleted or kept as a draft until the film passes Wikipedia:NFILM criteria, which practically requires a film to have been released. Continuing to move the article into the main space when it is against the consensus of multiple editors is not a good idea. Please be patient, as I am sure that Stree will have it's day to be moved to the main space. However, if you continue to attempt to recreate the article, I will see it as disruptive editing and will request that you be blocked from editing. Thank you for your cooperation and again, please wait for the film to be released. SamHolt6 (talk) 07:46, 28 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

DO NOT COPY

edit

DO NOT COPY is a fundamental concept in academia. Copying is academically dishonest and lazy, and any form of plagiarism or copyright violations is not tolerated anywhere in academia, and it will also not be tolerated at Wikipedia. Content you added here can be found verbatim here. This is unacceptable. Do not do this again, as your editing privileges will be interrupted if you do it again. Note also that closely paraphrasing is also problematic. All prose content must be written from scratch in your own words. If you are not capable of doing this, then you should find other ways to contribute.

Additionally, your edits here are problematic, because you appear to be drooling over Disha Patani. We write content in a neutral tone. We don't use hyperbole (exaggerations) or other extreme speech. Your additions of puffery-laden phrases like "extremely positive reviews" and "extreme popularity" violate our neutrality policy. If you are a paid editor, per WP:PAID you must disclose who your employer and client are, as well as any other relevant relationships.

Lastly, your description of critical response is not properly sourced. Any summary of overall opinion needs to come from a specific mainstream source (like Rotten Tomatoes, for examples), not from editors' own opinions. This is what we call original research. And you should be aware that phrases like "mixed to negative" and "mixed to positive" are meaningless. "Mixed" means positive and negative. "Mixed to negative" would mean "positive and negative to negative", which, as you can see, is meaningless. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:50, 28 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

WP:UGC

edit

Please do not use blogs as references as you've done here. This is yet another basic editing concept. Anyone can start a blog or a website and publish whatever they want. We only care what reliable published sources with established reputations for fact-checking and accuracy have to say about anything. Please find better sources for this information, or it will be removed. Thank you. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:23, 28 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Shraddha Kapoor awards

You really need to go to Talk:Shraddha Kapoor and discuss the awards/honours you are adding, as other editors seem to be rejecting your changes. Please do not restore the content until you've achieved consensus, as it will be considered edit-warring. Discussion is very important at Wikipedia, because this is a community project. WP:NPOV and WP:PUFFERY

edit

Hi there, re: these edits, you simply cannot be here just to lavish praise and accolades on Shraddha Kapoor. Your use of hyperbole and puffery are not consistent with our policy on article neutrality. Surely she must have had some criticism levied at her, right? Where is it? Have you looked for it? Or is everything just "wide recognition", "talent", "huge fame and critical acclaim along with several accolades" (that one is remarkably saturated in drool) "positive reviews and audience acclaim", "Blockbuster", "mass popularity and became an instant hit". That section needs to be substantially reworked, and you need to familiarise yourself with our expectations on neutrality and WP:PUFFERY. Wikipedia will not tolerate promotional editing. Thank you. Proposed deletion of High Rated Gabru

edit

The article High Rated Gabru has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Nothing here to show this song meets WP:NSONG, just belongs on the artists page only

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
