Advice so you don't get blocked (again)

Hi KaptianKharisma. You appear to be the same person as User:TzarN64. Please refrain from creating new accounts to get around blocks. You're just going to get yourself IP-blocked if you continue this way. I invite you to voluntarily resign from the KaptianKharisma account and request another unblock on TzarN64. More specifically, I recommend that you read WP:CIVILITY for more information on why you got blocked in the first place and WP:APPEAL for how to request an unblock that is less likely to get instantly denied like your previous unblock request. It might also be helpful to take a look at WP:OWN and WP:N to understand the background for where this conflict appears to have started and maybe avoid more (potentially block-worthy) conflict in the future.
