This file is the same as File:Jude Herrera.jpg that was deleted by a Wikipedia administrator named Explicit for violating Wikipedia's non-free content use policy. It's not clear why you think it's OK to upload the same image under a different file name without addressing the reasons it was previously deleted. It's also not necessary since deleted images aren't gone forever, but rather only hidden from public view and can be restored by a Wikipedia administrator if the issues led to their deletion are subsequently resolved. As posted above and in the speedy deletion template added to both this and and the previously deleted image, non-free images of still living people are pretty much never allowed per WP:FREER and item 1 of WP:NFC#UUI because it's almost always considered reasonable for a freely licensed equivalent image capable of serving essentially the same encycloipedic purpose as any non-free one to be either created or found. If you feel that's not the case here, please follow the instructions given on the file's page and use the template {{di-disputed replaceable non-free use}} to explain why. It's typically a bad idea to reupload a file deleted by a Wikipedia administrator without at least first discussing things with the administrator in question or asking that the file be restored via WP:REFUND. If you're were unaware of this, then that's OK; however, please don't do so again. My apologies if my previous post seemed a bit harsh. Non-free images of still living people are pretty much never allowed per Wikipedia's non-free content use policy because it's almost always considered reasonable for a freely licensed equivalent image capable of serving the same purpose as any non-free one to be either found or created. The meaning of "freely licensed equivalent" image is pretty much any image that meets c:Commons:Licensing and Wikipedia:Copyright#Guidelines for images and other media files.

You can try contacting whoever is the copyright holder of this particular photo (the copyright holder is typically the person taking the photo, not the subject of the photo or someone possessing a copy of the photo) if you can figure out who that is as explained in WP:PERMISSION, but it's going to be really hard for Wikipedia to keep a photo like this, even one that's freely licensed, without there being some way to formally verifying the original copyright holder's WP:CONSENT, and any photo found online is going to be assumed to be licensed in a way that's too restrictive for Wikipedia's purposes, unless the original copyright holder clearly states otherwise. Because image licensing can be tricky and hard to sort out, it's probably better to ask for help at WP:MCQ or c:COM:VPC before uploading anything you're not sure about. Mistakes are easily to make and one or two are understandable, but any more than that runs the risk of an administrator stepping in and taking some sort of formal action against your account. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:19, 28 February 2025 (UTC)

You have recently edited a page related to articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic designated as contentious. It's disagreed that the info. added and reverted is irrelevant to the article. This ought to be revisited in due time. It's respectfully obvious the info. belongs within the anti-Christ religions's article ("Scientology") and seems a digression in the article dedicated to actor Michael Peña (his personal life section). Less obvious, is that increasing action to garner attention to and from the Mexican people by Peña himself, et al. - including the Wikipedia article dedicated to him, and the fact that a vast number of Mexicans are Roman Catholic - or members of the Roman Catholic Church, Christ's Church on Earth - it's warranted that the info. attempted to be added to Peña's "personal life" section of the article remain in conjunction with stating that he's been a member of said cult "since 2000". Again, it's understandable that the attempted addition was deleted. I hope this sufficiently clarifies the reason for the unsuccessful edit at this time. Thank you.
