New Page Patrol
editHi there. Thank you for patrolling new pages. However, after a further review of some of your patrols and taking into account that you are still very new here with fewer than 500 edits, I am asking you now to review some of our policies and guidelines concerning deletion and new page rewieving, before you do any more patrolling. The information you need is found essentially at WP:NPP and WP:DELETION, but if you need any help don't hesitate to ask me on my talk page although I may be a bit slow to respond for the moment. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 11:15, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Altered speedy deletion rationale: Girish lad
editHello Kges1901, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I deleted Girish lad, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, under a different criterion from the one you provided. The speedy deletion criteria are extremely narrow and specific, and the process is more effective if the correct criterion is used. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. kelapstick(bainuu) 13:23, 11 January 2015 (UTC)
- Specifically, the page was speedy deleted previously, the criteria you gave was it was deleted via deletion discussion (such as articles for deletion). This was not the case so it was not eligible under the criterion you gave, however it was eligible under a different criterion. Thank you,
I have unreviewed a page you curated
editThanks for reviewing Jalalkuduk District, Kges1901.
Unfortunately Happiest persoN has just gone over this page again and unreviewed it. Their note is:

- I noticed and removed an incorrect speedy deletion tag you placed on Aliens Group. I second the request for you to please stop tagging new pages without fully understanding the process.—Neil P. Quinn (talk) 16:42, 12 January 2015 (UTC)
Rotogrinders
editHey, I was following the suggestions of another Admin who had triggered the original deleltion of the Rotogrinders entry on what to add to get the entry re-created properly - The reason for deletion was notability that was being questioned. I expanded the article to reference the companies partnership with NBC sports, it's 10,000+ membership and it's citations by Forbes Magazine as proof of notability as suggested by that admin. Did I miss something ? Jeremypenguin (talk) 22:01, 12 January 2015 (UTC)
No, I made a mistake. --Kges1901 (talk) 22:02, 12 January 2015 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 16
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Juan Esteban Rodríguez Segura, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chilean. 24th Battalion
editHi there, I have coincidentally been working on a draft article of the 24th Battalion in my sandbox and then noticed you had started 24th Battalion (New Zealand). I have moved most of my work into the article although still need to finish off the Egypt section, add a Tunisia section, and the latter stages of the Italian campaign. I can see you have put a lot of work in but there is an excessive amount of detail in both the formation and Greece sections. You should consider trimming these down a bit (for example, it isn't necessary to list company commanders or discuss where Shuttlesworth placed his HQ if it is not important to the narrative). I have corresponding formation/Greece sections for 24th Battalion in my sandbox but don't want to just paste these over your work arbitrarily. In the meantime, I will be working on 25th Battalion (New Zealand). Cheers. Zawed (talk) 08:11, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
- PS, I should have mentioned it is good to come across another editor working on NZ milhist articles! Zawed (talk) 08:21, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
Hardesty & Hanover for deletion
editHardesty & Hanover is a 125 year old small engineering firm that designed hundreds of historic and current bridges across the US and the world. You tagged me for deletion within moments of me saving my first draft so I could get lunch.
If you delete my page because it is "promotional" then I will protest that all of my larger competitors that have Wikipedia pages that are less historical. I designed the H&H page based on what seems to be acceptable for my competitors. — Preceding unsigned comment added by H4rd3sty99 (talk • contribs) 19:04, 19 January 2015 (UTC)

Meyerowitz
editThis page should not be speedily deleted because... Patricia Meyerowitz was an important jewellery designer in the 1960 up until her death in 1912. Patricia has 2 pieces of jewellery on permanent exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, England and there is a planned exhibition of her work in October 2015. Patricia s also mentioned in a number of books about jewellery design. Most notably in R. Turner's book: 'Contemporary Jewelry; A critical assessment 1945-1975, where he writes: 'Patricia Meyerowitz, now living in America, is an important British jeweller. In a lecture given by her at the Rhode Island School of Design in 1972... ' etc. And later in the book: 'Charles Handley-Read ... had just begun to acquier a taste for modern jewellery during the sixties, when he added pieces by Patricia Meyerowitz... to his collection'. Charles Handley-Read has a wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Handley-Read. Two photos of Patricia's jewellery also appear in the book.
In another book by R. Turner, 'Jewellery in Europe and America: new times, new thinking', Patricia Meyerowitz is mentioned a couple of time in this book, too. On page 18: 'Along with these developments, British jewellery began to shed some of its conservatism... Round about this time, Patricia Meyerowitz was writing her first book on jewellery and sculpture, outlining her methods of compiling compound units, which she recycled into restrained, Constructivist work. Again, there is a wikipedia page on Constructivist art https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructivism_(art)
Patricia Meyerowitz also has a sculpture on permanent exhibition in Easton, PA where she lived since 1985. http://eastoneccentric.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/karl-stirner-sculpture-to-be-dedicated.htmlMeyerowitz (talk) 21:35, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
Please undelete Nitesh Estates Limited wikipedia page
editHello Kges,
Why this page is ban? As this page meets the wikipedia policy then why it is being put on deletion? If there is any issue then please modify it instead of deleting this page. Bahrunsuri — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bahrunsuri (talk • contribs) 09:30, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
Nitesh Estates Limited page is improved
editThis page is the improved one and the page that have been deleted 7 times was another one as I have seen it online many times. The previous page contained the promotional content but here on this page it is completely un-promotional. Nitesh Estates Limited page must be present on Wikipedia as it a notable company. Instead of deleting it we can modify its content if required. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bahrunsuri (talk • contribs) 09:38, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Ronald savage
editRonald Savage deletion - I have read your response to the unjust deletion on the Contents of Author Ronald Savage, that does not violate any copyrights and the useful meaning of this Author was added new to the article, The consensus decision as you claim seem to be judged on the issue of the missing importance of the Author that I left out that was not in the first article but since has been added as requested and your NEW deletion was done without you reading the new added contents. I would LOVE to hear your response to the deletion of this fine author and one of the only elected officials with Tourette Syndrome be deleted after the new important information that shows its significances was added as requested. About Speedy Deletion of Etstur
editHi,
You can find more information about Etstur here: https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etstur I've translated the page from Turkish. I kindly request you to allow this title and cancel your speed delete, which is about very important, and the biggest travel company in Turkey. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lazimoldu (talk • contribs) 12:27, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
Hello Kges1901. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of PhraseApp, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: A7 doesn't apply to software, but even assuming that web-based content isn't software, then there's enough sources to be a credible claim on importance. Take to AfD if ncecessary. . Thank you. GedUK 12:44, 23 January 2015 (UTC)

Guru
editGuru Gorakshnath (Shri Nath Ji)- Jai Shambhujati Guru Gorakhnath
There are many pages on wikipedia which are having wrong information and content about hindu god Guru Gorakshnath. Those pages contains many objectionable words like baba, tantrik, 11th century yogi etc for guru gorakshnath. Those articles are spreading misleading information about guru gorakshnath. [1]
So I came forward from guru gorakshnath devotees community and wrote this article to spread truth and real facts about guru gorakshnath.[2]
This is an initiative to provide correct information about guru gorakshnath to the devotees across the globe.
This is an article on spiritualism, and many articles are providing wrong information. So, this article is necessary. Moreover this article is not for publicity, the author of the blog is already very famous and his blog is among the top search list about guru gorakshnath. Blog is ranked 2nd on indi blogger ranking list. Rajeshsingh91 (talk) 09:58, 24 January 2015 (UTC) rajeshsingh91

Bob Gold & Associates
editHey Kges1907,
I noticed that you flagged the page I created about Bob Gold & Associates for speedy deletion due to lack of nobility. I believe I followed the notability guideline correctly so I was hoping to get some insight as to why you think it should be deleted?
Thanks, --Doanc (talk) 22:40, 26 January 2015 (UTC)Christina
Trunomi
editI did not think that Trunomi qualified for speedy deletion per the reasons I wrote on the talk page. I agree there are notability concerns and some of the references are highly dubious but speedy deletion does not seem to apply and community discussion at AfD would be more appropriate. RichardOSmith (talk) 13:12, 27 January 2015 (UTC)
Hi. I've declined the A11 part of your speedy. A11 is not for people. It's for things like drinking games, new words, and things like those, that people have made up but no-one outside their circle of friends know about it. We've no evidence that they haven't done it, and they've no evidence that anyone has noticed that they have, either. It's not hoax - that's a deliberate attempt to post wrong info - and hoax can be proved one way or the other. In A11, we assume good faith. In hoax, we assume bad faith. Soft Washing Contested Deletion/Editing
editI saw that you flagged the page that I just created concerning "Soft Washing". I hope it is only due to the fact that I entered too many sources that lead back to the same website. However, I am VERY active in the industry and extremely knowledgeable. I recently created my Wiki account in an effort to share my knowledge and facts about the Pressure Washing Industry since this IS a subject that EVERY SINGLE HOMEOWNER or PROPERTY OWNER will need to research at one time or another concerning the maintenance of their home or property. I attend Pressure Washing conventions regularly and simply want to educate anyone interested in listening on the FACTS about the Pressure Washing Industry, in this particular case, Soft Washing. After being medically discharged from the Army Infantry, I have devoted ALL of my time to learning every aspect of the Pressure Washing Industry and educating anyone that is willing to listen or who wants to learn more about the many aspects of Pressure Washing, This is simply the first of quite a few pages that I intend on writing to ensure that Wikipedia has up to date information and facts about the pressure washing industry to ensure that anyone who wants to learn more about it is able to do so at the click of their mouse to a respectable organization such as Wikipedia. If you have any questions or concerns, pleased contact me directly. I intend on writing more pertinent information on the pressure washing industry and adding as much content as I possibly can to share everything that I know about the industry. I will also have fellow industry leaders insert their content onto the pages that I create as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jared.c.greene (talk • contribs) 22:05, 28 January 2015 (UTC)
I received your message and I will adjust the information as necessary. I may contact you directly BEFORE submitting future content to ensure that it meets Wiki's requirements. Or, should I just submit and allow it to go to ANY administrator for review? Either way, I will re-write the content and add some different sources as well, however, because there is no real content concerning this area of the pressure washing industry, ALL of the references will likely be commercial sites until we're able to raise awareness and continue publishing content for the industry. Again though, the content that I submitted is copyrighted content from my own site, so I don't know exactly how I can change the information and facts contained when they're simply facts. I will continually add content in my spare time though to expand these areas of Pressure Washing to ensure that it's a part of Wikipedia. Let me know if you have any further advice or guidance. Thanks - Jared — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jared.c.greene (talk • contribs) 22:24, 28 January 2015 (UTC)
