Please explain Yamla. Your definition of 'personal attack' is ridiculous according to my understanding of the words. And Yamla, please demonstrate explicitly how I have "worked hard to continue" my "personal attacks" and please demonstrate where I have done it "over and over and over again". Any rational interpretation of what I wrote ("Thank you so much, Amanda. I'm now over the moon. Its really made my day and I hope you have a nice one too! ") would arrive at the conclusion that there is no evidence of "You've worked hard to continue your personal attacks here, over and over and over again". Because pages can only appear in a category once each. It's the way the software works. Opening new requests will not 'bump' your request in any way, or speed your request up in any way. They simply add your talkpage to a category. I still don't understand your accusation of discrimination. ^{!ɘM γɿɘυϘ}⅃ϘƧ 08:31, 31 May 2021 (UTC)

I think some examples of problematic edits include [1] [2] etc. If you want to return to editing, I'd suggest you let some time pass, and then make a new unblock request that addresses the behavior that led to this block as well as articulate a plan for what you would like to do on WP moving forward. Until then, insulting other editors and making vague insinuations about donations to WMF are not going to get you anywhere, except perhaps having talk page access revoked.
