Album articles

Read WP:Notability (music), especially the section WP:NALBUMS. It is very unlikely that an unreleased debut album will qualify for an article. Even when released, you will need references to "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" to establish notability.

You should understand that Wikipedia is not for advertising or promotion of any kind, and is very resistant to being used in that way. It is absolutely not here to help launch this album, and it is not a place for the band to tell the world about it. The sort of long spiels from the songwriter you put in your early versions are fine for the band's own website but quite inappropriate for an encyclopedia article - anything like that would either be cut by other editors or, more likely, lead to speedy deletion as an advertisement.

I'm sorry that we interpret things differently in the case of Thomas Kinkade. However, as an encyclopedia our first concern is with documented matters of fact, and it's inappropriate to delete something from an entry about a person just because it makes them look less than perfect.
