It is not possible for anyone to give permission to use their copyrighted material "on Wikipedia". Content that is made available on Wikipedia must be free for anyone to reuse, at any time, in any medium, for any purpose (as long as they provide attribution). Since the website in question has a clear copyright notice in its footer, this is not the case here. As a result, unless the website is amended to show that its content is available under a free CC-BY-SA licence (or similar), you may not add its text to Wikipedia. See WP:DCM and WP:COPYREQ for further information. Persistently adding copyrighted material to Wikipedia will result in your account being blocked from editing.
