Your new edits
editHello there, I can see that you are honestly trying to write articles here but I'm afraid you are not conforming to the usual procedures and style for article. I suggest you have a look at the blue links I provide here, as well as perhaps the tutorial here.
If your pages are deleted, you might like to have a look at this page which may suggest why. One of the most frequent reasons for deletion is that a subject fails to meet these criteria for notability. Alternatively, a notable subject may just not be properly verified with in-line citations. There are some really helpful suggestions about drafting, improving and perfecting articles at the blue links shown. If you need help with getting an article drafted, and want to stop it being deleted, click on the bit after my signature that says (talk) Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 12:10, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath
editI have nominated Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 12:52, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Help in citing sources
editHello there, just wanted to reiterate that I'd like to be helpful and I have not tagged your articles for deletion out of spite! You are clearly trying to make a good contribution here, but might I suggest that you take some time first to learn how Wikipedia works? The tutorial is very helpful, and you might also like to look here to learn about citing sources. A useful tip there on how to write references reads:
The connection between the relevant text and its footnote is indicated by a number or symbol which appears both after the relevant text and before the footnote.
- Place a <ref> ... </ref> where you want a footnote reference number to appear in an article—type the text of the note between the ref tags.
- Place {{reflist}} or <references/> in an otherwise empty "Notes" or "References" section near the end of the article—the list of notes will be automatically generated here. If you want to create columns of notes, write {{reflist|2}}.
I hope this might be helpful - do reply here or on my talk page if you need further advice. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 13:31, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Suggestion for your external links
editHello again, you have a number of links on the articles you are editing which are just plain numbers in brackets like this [1]. Readers might find it easier to browse these if you type (for this example) [http://www.google.co.uk Google, the search engine]
which will appear in your text like this: Google, the search engine. You might also want to put your external links under a header. Typing a new header like this:
==External links==
above your links list will give it a well-formatted header. I could do this myself for your articles (and I will if you ask me) but it's probably best to learn how to do this yourself. I won't bother you with any more advice for now, as I'm not sure whether you are reading it or finding it helpful since you have not replied here yet. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 14:50, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
- Hi there, it seems you have read the above and you are formatting your external links - well done. I've amended some as they were not displaying properly: there must be a space immediately after the URL within the square brackets. Also, several of the links promise a specific topic, but only lead to a general website where the topic might (or might not) have a page. You really need to link to a precise page - eg a page listing your articles - and not just to the homepage of the website in question. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 15:21, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
editHi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 05:25, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
St. Mary’s Malankara Major Seminary
editPlease, help about improving the article. The importance of this school is not disputed, but the manual of style lacks much. There are no wiki links in it, neither categories. The kind of education it provides (for children, for elder etc.), either the educational degrees, provided there are unclear. I am sure that there are a lot of Indians that can add information about that school.
I appreciate your efforts to spread the Glory of the Syro-Malankarian Catholic Church, just You have to add some links to other wikip pages . Go and read Wikipedia:WikiProject Catholicism.

About signing in
editPlease, excuse me bodering you, but do not forget, please, to sign in with your username every time you want to edit something. Thus all the oder wikipedians will know who is the contributor. Otherwise there appear a lot of numbers and dots - your IP adress and it looks as someone (usualy unfriendly one) has editted your work, even your user page.
A suggestion for a way forward?
editHello again, I see from your contributions that you have started or made major contributions to the following articles:
- Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath
- Syro-Malankara Catholic Church
- Salvific Law
- Aryabharati High School
- St. Joseph's Pontifical Institute , Mangalapuzha, Aluva
- Bhasha Thilakam
- St. Aloysius Seminary, Trivandrum
- Daivajanam
- Major Archiepiscopal Church
- Mathavum Chinthayum (now deleted)
- Philip Chempakassery
- St. Mary’s Malankara Major Seminary
Unfortunately almost all of them lack any information which indicate the notability of the subject, and any reference to sources to verify any claims to notability. I'm not saying these places and people are NOT notable - just that you haven't provided any evidence for this. Many of the articles look to an outsider like astroturfing - that is, the creation of articles which refer back to one another in order to give a sense of the importance of the topics. This is not the way to build a good, helpful article. Many of these are stubs of a sentence or two which give no real information and should be merged with one of the main articles - perhaps one of the first two on the list.
I realise this will sound critical and harsh. I don't mean to be; I would like to help you create some useful articles here. My suggestions would be:
- That you do not create any more articles until those here have been improved to the point where they each describe a notable subject, using valid references to independent sources.
- That in ceasing to create new articles, you could concentrate on those that are here: improving the depth and quality of one or two articles would be a much better contribution than adding many more linked single-paragraph articles with no references.
- That some of the stub aticles here have their information merged into the two main articles, with redirects (rather than staying as independent articles).
- That you start to talk to other editors here and on the talk pages of the articles you have created, so that we can co-operate in building the encyclopedia.
- That other editors here help you to learn how to contribute to Wikipedia and offer you advice on style issues, article writing, linking, referencing etc... I will be very happy to be one of the people helping you.
- Please do understand that I regard you as someone trying to be constructive: you are not a vandal and your contribution here is valued. However, there are certain ways of working here which it would be helpful for you to pick up: please accept this offer of help which is offered in a very genuine way.
Best wishes,Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 23:00, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Syro Malankara Catholic
editHello again. I insist you to delete this article - Syro Malankara Catholic, because there is another one Syro-Malankara Catholic Church, which is richer and better.Drjmarkov (talk) 22:16, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
Two different Articles
editThe article Syro-Malankara Catholic Church deals with a different subject matter. But this article is about a notable writer in Malayalam, a language spoken by all people of Kerala including Hindus and Muslims.--omalloor 09:18, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
Making progress
editWell done, I see you are making progress and thank you for replying here: it does make it easier to work together when we can communicate. I agree that concentrating on the two main articles is a good idea, and think it's very appropriate to consolidate the information from the smaller articles into these two.
Can I just ask a couple of things?
- Are you, User:Kuzhinapurath, in fact the same person who is the subject of the article Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath? It would be useful to know, because if you are the same person we need to be aware of the possibility of a conflict of interest in your edits. If you are not Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath then I think you may need to change your username to something less confusing!
- When you make an edit to a talk page (like this one) and you are signed in as User:Kuzhinapurath, please end your edit with four tildes like this: ~~~~. This will automatically sign your contribution with your name and the date and time.
- Whether you are logged in or not, please don't sign with other usernames such as omalloor. The fact that it is you is clear by looking at the 'history' tab at the top of each page, but it is confusing if people's talk page edits cannot be immediately identified.
Best wishes with your editing, I will keep a watching brief and offer more help and suggestions as and when I can. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 22:19, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Comment: May be Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath is famous and notable . But I just wanted to say Simon Cheakkanal has very list edits outside this topic [2] and was found to support the artcile on wikiproject talk Christianity , which others may suspect to be a sock puppet user created for this purpose . Besides I understand the author of that article and the subject appear to be one person! http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Fr._Thomas_Kuzhinapurath&action=history User:Kuzhinapurath http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&limit=500&target=Kuzhinapurath , which doesnt look good. If the notability is proved better , we will support to keep the article on its AFD discussion - Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Fr. Thomas Kuzhinapurath

Fr Kuzhinapurath, please go and see that project, I think You can find very interesting articles, authors and everything else about the Christianity in India. Even You can be very helpful there. I have to admit that the Eastern Catholic Churches in India are not my best field of knowledge. It is difficult for me to follow all Your articles, and I really like to help You, because I feel You will become a keen wkipedian contributor. I am afraid not to make a mistake, while editing them. If You want any kind of advice how to organise your articles, You can write directly to me on my talk page User talk:Drjmarkov or to ask for help members of the project. I see you cannot find categories for your articles. Search categories from the category trees in Wikipedia.I added some to your articles, so you can start from that point. The categorisation of an article is the most important part of the work and the advantage of Wikipedia, compared with other databases in the web. When You add a category, all the other people can find your article. The uncategorised articles can be reached only by direct internal links, but it would be occasional. Drjmarkov (talk) 09:55, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- P.S. I am not a priest, but a doctor in dental medicine (dentist). I have special interest of the Catholicism in general since the visit of the late beloved Pope John Paul II in Bulgaria in 2002.Drjmarkov (talk) 19:11, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Hello there, I've reverted the edit you made to this article, inserting an unexplained reference to your own published work. This really is not relevant to the article as this is the English Wikipedia and a Malayalam language reference (even if to the point) is not going to be helpful to English speaking readers. It is also a breach of conflict of interest etiquette in my opinion. If your work is so notable, let others decide so and link to it. Your edits sometimes come very close to what looks like self-advertisement and I would strongly advise you to avoid inserting references to yourself in Wikipedia. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 21:30, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Signing in
editHello there, I see that you are still being inconsistent in signing in: please log in to this account before you make any edits, otherwise your edits are attributed to the anonymous IP User:202.164.135.26 instead. Then when you are logged in, please sign all your edits to talk pages by adding ~~~~ after your contribution. Please do not add your signature by hand or use another name such as "omalloor" as this makes it appear that your edits are being made by someone else. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 16:44, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
Dnt remove the AFD tag yourself
editPlease dnt remove the AFD tage yourself. Some Wikipedia Admin will close the AFD discussion and he will then remove the AFD tag .
Btw dnt write your name as omalloor while writing something anywhere. Please login in from your account and then sign by adding ~~~~ ( 4 tildes) to the end . This is VERY IMPORTANT.
dont worry
editDo one thing , Log in your this old account , click on 'my preferences' on the top of the page .
in 'User Profile' page , remove everything in the box of 'Signature:' and make sure you have the checkbox of 'Raw signature ' is unchecked. Press 'Save' ...
Now try with four tildes ~~~~ . It should work now...

editUpon discussion and consensus ( see here) , The following changes and decisions were taken w.r.t to Indian Christianity workgroup :-
- The scope of workgroup will be limited to Indian region only for now.
- The workgroup will be renamed to Christianity in India instead of Indian Christianity.
- The changes will effect the project pages, Portal and the templates.
- The templetes will be replaced by a Indian map instead of Tricolor flag picture.

Notability of John D Faris
editA tag has been placed on John D Faris requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. TML (talk) 05:15, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Thomas Pathiparambil
editA tag has been placed on Thomas Pathiparambil requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ╟─TreasuryTag►contribs─╢ 08:38, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
Bishop Alfred_Seiwert-Fleige
editHello, you are a member of the Wikiproject Catholicism. We would appreciate your help. Please take a look at this article about the catholic bishop Alfred_Seiwert-Fleige . Users deleted sources and tried to force their anti-catholic POV on it. They banned many people that tried to add sources. They didnt block me or Eastmain, but they deleted our sources we gave too. It appears that they don't like this catholic bishop.
Best version until now with 13 sources: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Alfred_Seiwert-Fleige&diff=343039227&oldid=343037941
And after deleting the sources: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Alfred_Seiwert-Fleige&action=historysubmit&diff=343481960&oldid=343039227
(At first they had planned on deleting the whole article but it didnt work)
Check out at the information on these other wikipedia articles about Seiwert Fleige and compare them to the info that is on there now. You will notice that its quite the oposite:

Speedy deletion nomination of Thomas kuzhinapurath
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Thomas kuzhinapurath requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Omkar1234talk 14:25, 27 March 2017 (UTC)

Wikipedia Asian Month 2017: Invitation to Participate
editHello! Last year, you signed up to participate in Wikipedia Asian Month (WAM) 2016 on the English Wikipedia. The event was an international success, with hundreds of editors creating thousands of articles on Asian topics across dozens of different language versions of Wikipedia.
I'd like to invite you to join us for Wikipedia Asian Month 2017, which once again lasts through the month of November. The goal is for users to create new articles on Asian-related content, each at least 3,000 bytes and 300 words in length. Editors who create at least four articles will receive a Wikipedia Asian Month postcard!
Also be sure to check out the Wikipedia Asian Art Month affiliate event - creating articles on Asian art topics can get you a Metropolitan Museum of Art postcard!

File permission problem with File:Fr. John Kuzhinapurath OIC.JPG
editThanks for uploading File:Fr. John Kuzhinapurath OIC.JPG. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 10:46, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
The article Arya Bharati High School has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No sources, no indication of Notability. The WP:NSCHOOL criteria have been made much stricter since this article was created.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 05:36, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
