Deprodding of Helena Wiśniewska

edit

I have removed the {{proposed deletion/dated}} tag from Helena Wiśniewska, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think this article should be deleted, please do not add {{proposed deletion}} back to the page. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! I think an athlete winning a medal at a WC is notable and i added a link and try to find more info about her. Kante4 (talk) 14:55, 5 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Your question

edit

You for sure can create a user talk page if the user did not have one before to send them a message, no problem. CommanderWaterford (talk) 10:43, 6 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

"why change the dating of the maintenance templates?"

edit

Hi there. At Gurmeet Bawa I used scripts that make sure the date formatting is correct and the spelling adheres to the specified variant of English. These scripts automatically update the dates and they are supposed to do that as the dates indicate when the article was last checked. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 11:58, 21 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

My bad. I thought the dates were just there to indicate when the templates are added. Sorry for making you do the same work twice, and thanks for telling me. --Kzkzb (talk) 13:05, 21 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

"Black" and "white" as nouns

edit

I just thanked you for your edit to John Brown (abolitionist), but I object to "Black" and "white" as nouns for a reason other than that their use as nouns is offensive (or maybe my reason is why they are offensive). We should not define a person by one feature of him or her. People happen to be Black or white, but they also happen to be tall or short, and we wouldn't call them "talls" or "shorts."
