I didn't know about the fact that Уnglish version of the article about Lyudmila Pavlichenko exists. The problem is that I really don't understand fully how Wikipedia works, because I am not an English speaker and I just have a special task to write an article dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory. I was trying my best to translate it from Russian to English and now I really don't know what to do, because it seems to me that I just cannot write something original. There are a lot of topics, but all of them are already exist on Wikipedia. My article has another topic, not just "Lyudmila Pavlichenko", so can I have an opportunity to be published? :(

It is important that you understand Wikipedia is not a place for schools or universities to set 'Tasks' for students to create new articles. That would be unfair for you, and your Tutors have made a big mistake and have not helped you if this is what they have demanded of you.
However, I have a clever suggestion for you: Look on Russian Wikipedia for relevant subjects, then look on the bottom left side of that article for На других языках (Languages). This lists all languages into which that article has already been translated. Find one in Russian with lots of good, reliable references that talk about them in detail, but which does not yet have a corresponding article on English Wikipedia. That might make a better subject for you to work on, with no chance of duplication. Did you also know that every article is placed into 'Categories'? So, if you find one type of article category that seem relevant (such as Категория:Герои Советского Союза =Heroes of the Soviet Union, or Категория:Награждённые медалью «За оборону Ленинграда» = Category: Awarded with the medal "For the Defense of Leningrad") you could look through each article in turn. Find one with lots of references (a few in English would be ideal, but not essential), but no current article in English about them, and you might stand a chance.
I suggest working in your own User Sandbox on English Wikipedia at first, then it will be unlikely to be deleted. See User:LV mei li/sandbox and User:LV mei li/sandbox2. Would you like me to move your duplicated draft article back into one of those sandboxes for you? I think that would be a good idea, as leaving it there will only result in it being deleted? Let me know if this all makes sense to you. It is important that you appreciate that different language Wikipedias have their own rules for Notability. The person must meet our rules, not those of ru-wiki. So, the trick is to find a person with as many good references about them as possible - long mentions in properly published books or newspapers. We do not accept home-made websites as Reliable Sources so make sure you can find citations to official websites, news outlets, museums, libraries etc. Finally, you might find extra guidance here at Wikipedia:Translation. Because it is important that you add an 'inline citation' immediately after statements of fact, you really should learn the simple task of how we do this on English Wikipedia by reading WP:REFBEGIN, which I think will help you a lot. Finally, we have a help page to guide anyone who wants to create a new encyclopaedia entry here, so do also please read through Help:Your first article Удачи - Good luck!
