- Thanks! I edited the article, adding more information and a few sources, mostly Spanish-language but something in English too. Hopefully that will put the article in an acceptable state. Laanders (talk) 16:05, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
List of European countries by area
editYou talked about updating this to reflect area of transcontinental states within Europe. Is it something you have time to do in the near future? I looked at it, but couldn't find an act number for European Russia. Also, do you know why the "country by area" list has never been made for North America? Its seems like a strange omission.--Batmacumba (talk) 11:33, 24 April 2016 (UTC)
- Hi! I was hoping to find time to do it in the next couple of weeks or so, no specific time frame. If you are interested, by all means go ahead instead. I would support you with whatever I can find. I noticed some prior edits of the page had change the transcontinental nations to European area only; I meant to start by seeing if any of these had cited any sources that could be reused. It is otherwise a complication with the European area only approach, that the countries which are not located near a distinct Europe-Asia border may be hard to represent accurately with a solid number for the area. I don't think however that it has to be precise, and approximations are certainly possible. I could do some myself, but I suppose that would constitute original research and be frowned upon. :-) Laanders (talk) 00:35, 25 April 2016 (UTC)
- Still hoping you can find time to do this. The article is a mess. I presented five criteria, but no one has responded to them.--Batmacumba (talk) 13:39, 1 June 2016 (UTC)
