Franklin Ave Shuttle

Hello. I have reverted your edits to the Franklin Avenue Shuttle article because 'S' is indeed the internal designator of the subway service. Every NYC Subway service has such a designator. Most are the same as the public route designators, except for the two other shuttle services (42nd St. and Rockaway Park). If you have a source stating that there's no designator, please add it.
