Bkissin (talk) 19:35, 18 January 2020 (UTC)Thanks for your contributions to Laz böreği. I have merged in your content to galaktoboureko, because Wikipedia is organized by topic, not by name -- see WP:NOTDICT. The most common English name is used as the title, but that doesn't mean that the same topic can't have other names -- see WP:TITLE. Thanks again, --Macrakis (talk) 17:58, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
Re "hometown" -- I have already edited the Galaktoboureko article to show its origin as the Ottoman Empire, not Greece. Many dishes are shared among the former Ottoman countries. --Macrakis (talk) 18:01, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
You're mistaken about the ingredients of galaktoboureko. It certainly is made with filo! The filling is semolina custard, whereas laz böreği is made with muhallebi, which is rice custard, very similar. I am not sure what you are calling "sharbat". --Macrakis (talk) 18:27, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
- Please take a look at Talk:Galaktoboureko. I do think that the differences are minor. Re "sharbat", I think you mean the sweet syrup that is poured over it? This is yet another thing the two dishes have in common, and is already mentioned in the first paragraph of the article. So are we OK with the merger? --Macrakis (talk) 21:05, 18 May 2020 (UTC)

Oraya gidipte "People of the Ottoman Empire of Albanian descent" "Turkish people of Albanian descent" gibi kategorileri eklemek oldukça absürd.
