Request reason:

I am not a sock-puppet. I use a public IP. I have never participated any socket-puppet activity. Please unblock my account.

Decline reason:

The behavioural evidence on top of the technical evidence is far too strong for me to believe that explanation. Huon (talk) 01:15, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I have another account only called guled2016 and I do not use it for any sock-puppet activities. Why am I being blocked? Is having two accounts against Wikipedia rules? Libanguled (talk) 01:42, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I don't know why I am being blocked. I have another account only called guled2016. Is having two accounts against wikipedia rules? I did not use my accounts in any bad faith activities. Please explain to me why I was blocked. Libanguled (talk) 01:50, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

See WP:SOCK. Using an undisclosed second account to edit the same topic area is considered an attempt to evade scrutiny. Huon (talk) 08:44, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
I did not know that because I am new to Wikipedia. I will not use the second account again. Libanguled (talk) 11:57, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
Can you please explain why you denied your sockpuppetry in your original unblock request, only to subsequently admit that you... well, were not honest... once that was declined? --Yamla (talk) 20:36, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
I thought the term sock puppet meant helping blocked users by restoring their edits and I was denying making edits for blocked users when I said I am not a sock puppet. I thought I was accused of helping a blocked user called Blabmone by restoring his edits. "This account has been confirmed by a CheckUser as a sock puppet of Blabmone (talk · contribs · logs),"[1] I did not know the meaning of sock puppet but I read this quote and thought sock puppet meant being a puppet for blocked users. I never used my other account guled2016 for bad faith activities. Libanguled (talk) 00:34, 1 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
What about Guledd369? Are you related to that user? Vanjagenije (talk) 12:41, 4 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
I am not related to the user Guledd369. I am not related to any user except guled2016 which is my only other username. Please forgive my mistake of having two usernames. I did not know having two usernames was against Wikipedia rules because I am a new user. Libanguled (talk) 15:24, 4 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
Came here from the SPI investigation. Honestly, I think this user deserves another chance, as this is only their first violation. Many new users don't know about the alternate accounts policy, in my opinion the block should be reduced. But if they are caught socking again they should be blocked indefinitely. Actually, I take it back. It looks like they are currently evading their block at 71.35.131.7 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) and 174.31.190.82 (talk · contribs · WHOIS). Sro23 (talk) 14:02, 7 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
